Hey everyone,

It's been about 15 years since I cured my cystic acne with Accutane but I still have lingering rolling and pitted scars on my face that I'd really like to get rid of. I thought I'd fully accept them eventually but that just hasn't been the case.

Anyway, here are some attempts to capture what's going on with my face. I got rolling scars on my jawline/lower cheek and pitted on my temples. The same thing is essentially going on on the other side of my face, as well. Any suggestions or guidance, surgical or non-surgical, would be greatly appreciated.

Looks really minor to me, which is great. You could probably see some good results with ablative fractional laser + PRP would be my guess. A few sessions and you probably would be a bit happier.

The most important things are:

  • You educate yourself on options.
  • You get in the hands of an experienced surgeon who can show you similar before and afters and you're feeling confident with him/her.
