I can't really tell if it's a scar or just a hyperpigmented spot(s). Basically it's an inflamed area of skin, if it's uneven or made of scar tissue then it's a very shallow scar. I don't really see any borders just color, so I would treat it like it's just a hyperpigmented spot of skin right now.

looks like hyperpigmentation. If not, it's fresh and therefore you might want to use hyaluronic serum and vitamin c serum for a year to help heal it.
