Help. I have really bad scarring on my cheeks and I have no idea why these ones are so big and deep. Are the big scars still in the middle of healing? Or will they get better? How should I treat them?

You need punch excisions followed by a deep peel or laser. Then a strong filler like fat or belafill imo.

Shat saha avik said could be interesting. I would also look into fat transfer, which is basically filler but using your own fat.

And I don't think they're still healing, at least from what I can see.
