Apple Vinegar is the same as Apple Cider Vinegar .. I do not think Apple Wine Vinegar exists because I already looked it up and I either see just Wine Vinegar or Apple Vinegar.
Ok thenk you very much I shall buy Apple Vinegar then.
Haha - I ensure you that Apple Wine Vinegar exists here, I even got one bottle, and if it exists here than it exists, probably it may be called differend. (maybe it is simply wine vinegar made of apples)
Anyway thanks again.
It says you live in Poland .. are you just living there or are you Polish?
I'm Polish
That very cool, I am Polish to. Where is your family from in Poland?

I'm not sure i know what you mean. I'm from a little villeage somewhere near Bydgoszcz. Was that what u were asking about?
Where are you/your parents from in Poland?
I am liking this as a toner so far. I think it really is helping to "normalize" my oily skin. I am using it with CSR now and my moisturizer is jojoba oil. My skin seems better if not clearer yet.
I need to give everything more time (isnt that the famous last line to half the posts here )
Hey everyone...My redmarks are healing slowly, but my skin is so smooth and my pores are cleaning out. The pores on my nose have been filled with junk (but not in the form of blackheads, just flesh colored sebum stuff) for years, and now it is almost all gone! I think the enlarged pores on my forehead and cheeks (next to nose under eyes) left from acne 100 years ago are starting to shrink a little too! My neck, shoulders, chest and back are also benefitting from ACV.
SmashingPumpkins, I'm considering altering how I use the ACV. Right now I have it mixed 50/50 with water, which is working nicely for my unblemished skin, but I want to rev it up a little on the red marks. I am considering swiping the 50/50 all over my face, followed by dabbing a Q-Tip soaked in straight ACV on just the red marks. What do you think? Maybe it will help pick up the pace?

Hey this sounds just like me! Rebecca suggested ACV to me a month or so ago. This was when I noticed how bumpy my face had become. No active acne but trillions of little clogged pores. I was seriously considering going to an aesthetician for some glycolic peels and extractions (these terrify me!), but decided I'd give the ACV a shot. WOW!!! All I can say is, thank you Rebecca for your suggestion. My pores have become sooooo clear after only a couple of weeks of using the 50/50 ACV toner. At this point, every morning I go to the mirror and see little tiny white balls on my lower cheeks. These are dried up bits of sebum that have popped out of my pores while I'm sleeping 🙂 So then I do my regular routine and my face is amazingly smooth.
As for red marks, I think that time is the only real cure for those.

LOL!!! hillarious how most of you get off topic, especially when asking people where they are from....i do not think it matters significantly, excluding the fact that american food is the worst and most addictive in the world, woohooo right? the food has taken control of our lifes
hye.
i have been using the ACV toner for past 3 weeks.
but i still getting new breakouts that left new redmarks on my face.

when will the purging stop?
i cannot wait until i get dozen of new redmarks.
meaby i'll give another 1 week. if i still get new breakouts.
then i'll stop using the ACV toner.
cuz before i using the ACV, i got 2 red marks only.
now meaby around 8-10. but yeah. it help my breakouts change to whiteheads
pretty fast. but it still leave redmarks lol.
so what your opinion SmashinPumpkin?
should i try to mix the aspirin with my ACV toner?
and actually how much ACV toner should i swap on my face everytime i use it??
cuz before this i use almost 1/4 of small cup. i use 50/50 with water.
i use all the acv toner in the cup on my face. so i swap many times at same area.
hurm can you tell what i did wrong??
Hey Everyone. Sorry it has been awhile I have been consumed with college. I bought Tea Tree Oil, I burned my chin I guess because it is rough and looks like I have a ton of red marks and it has got some red scabs .. the rest of my face is fine. I am just applying Neosporin to ym chin to heal it azs quickly as possible. I havent been able to take pix or do anything. I can only apply ACV like 2x a day .. I am trying more but it will be easier come xmas vacation, I got a month off .

I usually try to apply ACV atleast 3x a day your regimen sounds fine. 🙂 But, bc you are using BP it will take you longer to see results for the redmarks .. that is one of the reaosn i stopped using BP .. there are other means of getting clear skin without using somehting that will slow down the healing rate of your skin. Good Luck!
hye.i have been using the ACV toner for past 3 weeks.

I put alot of ACV on my face so that it is dripping. Sometimes it takes ppl's skin to get use to a product longer then for others. Give it another week or two, I wouldn't quit just yet .. bc some ppl use BP for 2months and still break out.
Thanks for the ACV tips everyone. I've used it 2x so far. I'm not very oily but I have lots of red marks, so I'm trying to be patient.
SO, here's my tip for the odor of the ACV. I know it sounds kind of stupid, but last night I put a dab of Vic's vapo rub just at the edge of each nostril before acv'ing. It masked the cv smell for me BUT the vic's smells pretty pungent itself, so I may go back to just dealing with the acv smell!
it will def. cut down on the number of pimples you have .. using Tea Tree Oil with it or BP would help even more. I dont use ACV for acne just for the sole purpose of getting rid of red marks, evening out my skin tone and exfoliation. It does make my acne go away faster, but I also use Tea Tree Oil now.
hey smashing pumpkins.
i only apply 50% diluted ACV at night after washing my face. If im lucky, ill probably apply it 2-3 times a day but thats after i wash my face afterschool in the evening,,then i wash the acv off the next morning.. I never apply it again in the morning. but i see a major, and i mean major improvement in the oil production on my skin, it has lessened! i suspect its the ACV, even though i havent got ACV on during the day. am i rite?
but im very happy with the oil production (who wouldnt lol)
and when i apply acv, i let it 5-10 mins and then i apply fruit of the aloe vera gel over it, and when i wake up in the morning my face is smooth. i think this is so, cuz the acv exfoliates all the dead skin and then im applying aloe vera which heals the skin making it nice and smooth
HEY SMASHING, i think my idea of TTO is working....BUT I READ UR POST WHERE U MENTIONED THAT IT BURNT UR SKIN....then wat did u do???? TTO works gud for me...i think better than BP....
Tea Tree Oil does contain substances that could burn your skin. If this happens, I would say applying a moisturizer would be the ideal choice.
If you aren't experiencing any burns or anything related, then your skin apparently has no problem with it and won't in the future.
I'm not going to read the whole thread, and this Q may have been asked 100 times, but i'll risk asking it.
I finished accutane 3 weeks ago and love having non-oily skin, it hasn't come back much atm which is good, so I'm going to start ACV to hopefully fade some redmarks left from tane, which i'm not too worried about however, and also use it to limit oil, how much does ACV limit oil production from the experience you guys have had with it?

Your face won't be shiny and greasy. It just looks like normal, healthy skin. Have you ever noticed someone who doesn't have acne, and you know they just have water running over their face in the shower in the morning for cleansing? Their face just looks normal. Not dry, and not greasy. That's what ACV did for me. It closed the oil-production factory and locked the doors! Also, it reduced my need for as much moisturizer. I am very happy with ACV.
