Add ACV after you wash your face. I wouldn't use the aspirin mask, just add 2 or 3 aspirin to the ACV toner.

Hello,

I'm an eighteen-years-old french student, I discovered this forum yesterday, I bought today apple cider vinegar 100% biologic 5% of acidity, is it good ?

What's BP means ?

Must I do something before and after apply the ACV ?

How many times must apply the ACV in a day (or in a week) ?

thanks

I avoid using ACV during school day in this hot weather. It would smells again if you either sweat or wet your face :P.

If I apply the ACV, let it dry and after apply a moistuizer (or a cream to regen the skin),

it won't "cancel" the ACV effect ?

I often read about BP, but, i'm on Roaccutane treatment, must I use BP ?

I use : - AvAne cleanser (without soap) special for the acneical skin

- ACV (50/50) 2 times a day and ACV 100% the night

- Cicalfate (an "skin repair accelerator")

And I wait for the answer about moistuir.

Am I right with all that product ?

Must I apply other product ? (please tell me what it is, if I need others)

THANKS A LOT,

Best regards

Your regimen is fine, and no the moisturizer will not cancel out the ACV. Sometimes after the ACV I will moistureize but not always because I relaly don't need to as often as I use to.

Ok

Is it very more effective to use a 100% ACV instead a 1:7 ACV (for exemple) ?

You should not care about effectiveness and time, if you got red marks you clearly know that impaciance can worsen it and make things even longer

New update, I started out with 1ACV : 2Water during the first 5 days and increased it to 1:1.5 after that. I'm currently on the 10th day, I'm now using 1:1 ACV. I hardly had any pimple during the first 3 weeks of my CSR Regimen, but 3 new pimples have just formed at the end of week 4th. I'm not sure what caused it, could be anything really now. I'll continue using ACV of course :).

Does anyone know if this would work for rosacea?? Smashing pumpkins? Anyone?

My mom has mild rosacea and since this is working so amazingly for my skin (acne and red marks)

I wanted her to give this a try too. I do not want this to aggravate her skin though, I tried googling this but did not get any satisfactory answers.

Can anyone please help???

Will be waiting for replies!

Some ppl do break out after a month of using CSR .. other break out immediately and the breakouts can last a coupole months. I broke out at first while using ACV but once your skin adjusts the ACV will heal your redmarks and dry up your pimples.

I wish I could give a good enough answer but I do not know much about rosacea. She could try it. But tell her to diulte it first, because the rosacea could have made her skin sensitive. It is worth a try, because if this works you wouldn't want her to have spent hundreds of dollars and see a derm for stuff that may not work.

hmm im lately noticing that less often i apply acv, the less red my red marks are, for example: over night my skin gets less red and when i wake up and apply acv, skin stays red for long time

this might be the cause of oils, acv might take out oils of the skin's surface

Yeah, SmashPumpkins. My skin turned semi-red when I used 1:1 ACV, so I'm just gonna use it before bed time now. During the day, I'll stick with 1:2 ACV for now.

OK I have another question! Sorry guys =)

This one's about drinking AVC. My mom just started drinking it. Would adding 1 tbsp of baking soda to 60 ml of ACV to a glass of water and drinking that everyday sound okay? I googled for it and said to use those quantities. Will that prevent the ACV from doing any harm to her teeth? Are there ANY other side effects of this that you guys know of? Sorry I just want to be really really sure.

I really hope one of you guys replies. Smashing pumpkins? Anyone??

why would you put baking soda in it? the recipe on the back of the braggs acv says add a tbsp of acv and tbsp of honey to an 8 ounce glass of water. to prevent teeth rottage drink it with a straw or brush your teeth right after drinking it.

Ok I've just began adding lavender oil to my ACV mix. I only added a couple drops to the small bottle I was using. So far it has done wonders for taking away the ACV smell. I can't even smell it at all! I can only smell the potent lavender which actually smells kinda nice.

Anyways, ever since I've added the couple drops of lavender oil, my face turns red now after applying the ACV. It appears like a burn! There is red skin wherever the ACV came in contact with the skin.

I did some research on lavender oil since I began using it to remove the ACV smell, and found several health benefits from it. Read some interesting information about it HERE [Removed]. It mentions how soothing it is to your skin, and how it's "one of the few oils you can apply to your skin without diluting it at all!" It also mentions how it can used to treat skin burns.

I'm wondering if there was some sort of chemical reaction when mixing the ACV with lavender oil, creating some sort of burning acid!

This just doesn't make sense to me. I've been using ACV for almost 2 weeks now and never experienced ANY kind of redness like this.

Did anyone else experience this with the lavender oil?

Is it better to leave the ACV on or wash it off after 10 minutes?

I use Vaseline Intensive Care, it absorbs quickly and still moisturizes great.

Mayeb your skin isn't use to the Lavendar. Tryu just putting the lavendar on your skin one night and see what happens.

I've been usin the ACV. Started out with like acv:water 1:5 and gradually full strength. But after like the 3rd day, i broke out and now my skin looks really terrible. Ye, anything could be the cause to the breakout, but right now...It's the ACV to talk about...

I hope it's really temporary (as what smashingpumkin went through) after my skin got used to ACV. School's startin in less than 4 days. I want to get over this (breakout.s). 😥

*Fingers crossed*

the best thing to do is keep using the ACV that way your skin gets use to it because if you stop, wait until break out subsides and use ACV again .. you will just break out again.
