ACV work's for me. It has 90%visualy taken away a finger fungus on my thumb. My thumb was really dry and noticably peeling, now you have to look real close to see any skin sheading. Also for my face it has taken away my monthy pimple on my chin, mouth area. I would get it right before every menstrual cycle. I was developing brown marks after they would heal. It HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE I HAD ONE develope on my face, since using acv.
Does anyone know this....i was reading online about acv and i read one person say there is aha in acv... maybe a duh question but, lol i really have no idea... anyone plz?
just to prove it works i am posting pics. this is after 7-10 days use.
these red marks were bad, hard to see in pics but 90% of face was red.
not saying i am a new man but it is the only this that has improved my redmarks/acne.
the after pics have some better lighting makes my marks look almost gone? maybe they are
seems to good to be true be careful at first stings alot. dillute dillute dillute and add as you go.
Great results! 😀
This should convince most people.
I also wanted to add that if you have dry skin the ACV helps balance that out as well. I've always had pretty dry skin and since using the ACV, my skin is producing more of it's own oil now. My face is much less dry and my red marks are still fading. Just thought I'd add my 2 cents
hey i gots a question to miss pumpkin, or anyone else who can awnser my question uh lets see i got a duac cream i put on every night it contains 5% BP with 1 % clindamycin, and i wash my face usually with a 4 % bp brevoxyl wash maybe 2 or 3 times a day, and this 1 % clindamycin thing i apply on my face after i wash my face with bp.. lets see and i also sometimes moisturize.. well ANYWAY thats what i do right now... i want to go on ACV because i have mad red marks as u guys may have seen in the picture attachment thing or w.e. now down to the real question.... i got clean and clear moisturizer, neutragena face wash, ACV, and all those items listed above.now i know that BP makes red marks look worse or w.e but i want to know in order what should i do wut do u guys suggest i have no idea, also when im using acv i dont want to break out like 2604 times a day like i use to but now i havnt seen ONE BREAKout for like 2-3 weeks i have no idea why? maybe because i drink alot of water now, hehe well uh lesee let me repeat the question.. how should i use all these item(s) from first to last everyday. all i know is that i wont be using the bp cream i put on everynight is kind of almost finished but still probably another month i can use of it or something so .. hELp.? sry if u guys dont understand me i have some sort weird way to talk and im also a bit slow so if u could be a little bit more specific with ur awnsers than thx : ) and uh thanks again. ask me if u dont understand me
I am probobly not going to be able to respond to most of your posts asap because I just started college, so this site will have to be secondary on my list of priorities for a while. I will try and post pix as soon as I can but the weather has been crappy and today was the first nice day but I spent it in doors 🙁
2hard2pwn You are using way to many products on your face, that BP Wash will dry you out and irritate your skin too much.
I suggest and recommend keeping a very simple regimen. Use ACV Toner + Your Prescription Topical + Moisturizer. As for bathing and washing use a pH balanced body wash. I love Kiss My Fcae prodcuts and they are all 100% Biodegradable and pH balanced, I will double check to make sure they are .. I believe their website is www.kissmyface.com check and make sure but all their products I have seen said pH balanced on the back.
If you have any other questions feel free to post.

I am so happy you posted pix. I guess my pix were not enough to convince people for some unknown reason, but I am glad you did! I can def. see a difference it is much less red and more even.
Good Luck and Keep us POSTED PLEASE! 🙂
Hi SmashingPumpkins,I have just read my way through this thread which was very interesting although Tap was boring me immensely.
Tap, what are you trying to achieve? People are having success with this, so frankly I couldn't give a toss if the science supports it or not. It IS working for people and is surely worth a try. Or perhaps SmashingPumpkins works for Heinz...... 😀
I am going to the shops just now to buy a bottle and will let you all know how it goes.
lol I don't even use Heinz to tell you the truth I buy some generic brand from my grocery store, all stores have their own generic brands now,
I am glad you feel the same way, waste of space. Science to me isn't everything, it cna only prove so much and there are many natural remedies science cannot begin to figure out why they work. It doesn't matter to me as long as it works and doesn't harm me, if it has scientific evidence to back it up or not really doesn't affect me.

WOW that is amazing to me that ACV did that to your finger, very cool.
ACV does have 3 AHA's in it actually - Malic Acid (Apples), Lactic Acid, and Citric Acid.

Oh cool... ty. ACV did help but took sometime.
im so overwelmed with information.
i was just about to order green cream, should i try ACV first?
Green Cream is soo expensive for such a small bottle, def. try ACV first before ordering Green Cream.
hi smashing pumpkins
i'm not able to post my pix using photobucket.com......can u pls tell me the steps as i really want tp paste the pics...i've already uploaded before and after pix...but i dont know how to go about it....tnanx
photobucket has three codes to post in a thread use the IMG Code this will display your pictures. That is what most ppl use IMG on websites, myspace, etc.
I have just started on the ACV. Personally I started on 100% and it didn't sting at all so I am just hoping it is doing something.
One thing however......to those of you who say the smell diminishes after 5 minutes.....you are all deluded and reek of vinegar! 😀
I have heard people add a few drops of essence of lavender to their ACV mixture and it masks the smell, plus lavender has beneficial properties in itself. I think it was SpaceBass who mentioned it if you look back in this thread...

Well, this really depends on your skin condition ... GC is an amazing product and it does things for your skin that ACV does not.
But if you are on a tight budget and just trying to fade your redmarks, I see no harm in giving ACV a go.

What, Green Cream? Yes, over time, just as any retinoid will. Retinoids act by increasing the rate at which your skin cells renew themselves. As the old, dead skin peels off, the redmarks will fade.
GC is also wonderful if you have clogged pores, sundamaged skin, or oily skin.
But it does cost $40-$50 per 1 oz bottle (that is a 3-6 week supply, depending on usage). So as I said above, if you are on a very tight budget, it wouldn't hurt to try something like ACV first.
I wanted to use Green Cream at first as well. But I cannot afford that, and I am glad I didn't because once I started using ACV it fixed my problems. Like LionQueen, said ACV is very easy to come buy and inexpensive GC is very expensive and for only 1 OZ, which lasts only 3 -6 weeks, that isn't alot.
I got some Great Info, It is all stuff that you already know but .. I found this in a Health Magazine!! New Edition btw!
"Apples are high in Malic Acid and amylase enzymes, which slugh away dead skin and dirt that can clog pores and cause breakouts."
"Malic Acid in apples rids skin of dead and dry cells."
The rest was a recipe to make a mask, I couldn't write it all down because I was at work. So, they just gave a brief explanation of Malic Acid, now if Malic Acid had soo little scientific evidence behind it, why would a Health Magazine mention it? Obviously it is good for your skin and cannot clog your pores, because it gets ird of all that.
