Kim, do you have any idea what that could be? Here is a picture where my face is really red. It looks a lot worse in person though.

How long has this been a problem? Has it been just since you started the new medication? If it just started, you might back off to once a day with the azelex and see if that helps. It might just be irritating your skin. I don't know anything about the side effects of spiro, so you might check that out.

No thats been going on for a year actually, since last november

UGH Kim! Im so busy at work. I keep forgetting to take my spironolactone! I guess Ill just take it now and risk having to pee a lot tonight

Has it gotten worse with the new meds? When your face turns red do you get any other symptoms with it? Does it happen at certain times (like after exertion, hot shower, spicy foods, etc.), or is just sort of random?

Its all day everyday. I think its dairy, a food allergy because my cheeks are red all over and its bright red like a rash or something like that and it really itches. I cant just not eat dairy. That to me is not living. I cant live without ice cream and yogurt. Although, I am also lactose intolerant to ice cream (it makes me extremely sick to my stomach), I still eat it lol I need my calcium somehow and I dont want to eat those stupid chewing tablets.

Im so frustrated! Last night, I had some yogurt (not avoiding dairy like I stated before). About twenty minutes after eating it, I developed either a papule, a nodule, or a cyst, Im not sure which. Im so angry! Dairy never misses to break me out! I could just tair my hair out. I dont know how to get enough calcium without dairy. I guess until I come up with a different plan, I will not eat anything with dairy.

Since I couldnt sleep, I woke up at 5 and put a hot tea bag wrapped in a paper towel on the papule or whatever it is I was referring to earlier last night. It has subsided a bit

A couple of days ago I had two zits under my lipline. Thanks to taking spiro once a day and using azelex cream, those two are almost gone! YAY! My big red zit from the yogurt is still just as red. I didnt eat ANY dairy at all today. Its too risky. I wont even have a bit of whip cream on my pumpkin pecan pie tomorrow!

My face looks aweful! I thought this one pimple I used to pick at was gonna go away because of this new cream. It hasnt. Its a huge bump thats been there for a month or so. My face also looks very semmetrical. If I have a zit on my right side, I have a side on my left side in the same exact spot and the pimples are red and painful

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I feel like taring my fucking hair out! Last night, I got home and I went to bed from 8-2 but what I meant to do was go to bed from 8-10 but I forgot to change the pm to am. Then I woke up and I went on the computer from 2-5 and listened to a bunch of music really loudly. Some of the songs I couldnt finish. Im so mad!

It just turned 12. I took another Adderall with my meal because thats how my dr told me to take it. My thinking has been more clear and Im not as confused. I took my 100mgs of spiro at one time. Although, I had to clarify it with my therapist before I started the adderall. I was scared the combination of celexa, adderall, spironolactone, and possibly one adivan if I need it tonight would kill me and I dont want to die. I just dont want to suffer. No one should suffer in life.

Hopefully, with this adderall, I will remember to put my laundry away, I will remember to do the laundry itself, my apartment will be cleaner, and I wont be so obsessed with shoe spending.

Im back to taking 100mgs. I asked my dermatologist how its supposed to be taken. Its supposed to be taken once in the morning and once at night so thats what Ive been doing. I have a lot of ugly papules and pustules which is making my self esteem lower than it already is, if thats possible! I havent had problems getting up in the middle night to pee. I pee a lot in the day time insetad because Im anxious as hell! The revlon colorstay make up has been looking wonderful on me and lately Ive been using it everyday along with my concealer from the body shop and bobbi brown lipstick

Keep your medicine in that bag, and set a daily alarm on your cell phone. That's what I used to do for my ortho tri-cyclen.

Thats a great suggestion, my boyfriend is always putting reminders on his phone.

I hope your rashes are getting better Molly. I know things have been getting on top of you recently but try to stay optimistic because I'm sure things will improve for you soon and at least you're enjoying the makeup that you are using at the moment.

I miss this site too much! I cant keep that promise

Im recovering from a breakout. I had two really painful pustules along my lower lips. They are healing very nicely. I also am recovering from two very painful cysts which are taking a long time to heal and bulge out on my face :(

My face is back to looking in my opinion horrible! I have all this hyperpigmination, some really red cystic pimples, and I just dont like it. The only improvement I am seeing is that my blackheads are fading and the amount has decreased
