Do you find the antihistamine makes you drowsy or is it a non-drowsy type? I agree that the more you have it in your system, the better it will be for you. However, I can't wait until you find out the cause of your itchiness!!!

I am not positive but I think Ive lost weight. I will know for sure tomorrow when I weigh myself. I hope I did :pray: They sure do keep my busy. I love my job but its been very stressful lately.
No, its very nondrowsy. Im always lethargic though but I think thast more related to my antidepressants.

This isnt really related to acne, but Im so frustrated with my life! I just hopped on the scale thinking, yes Ive lost so much weight. This is after not weighing myself for a month. No, I only lost one freaking pound
Last night, I got a new nodule. It is so painful! Its on a bone of my chin.
GEEZ - you would have thought you lost more than just a pound because the waist in your pants were loose AND you had to go on the last hole of your belt buckle! It's not like you're not active either because you're doing a lot of physical things all day long at your job!

I know I am so disappointed! I thought I lost like five to ten pounds but I only lost one! It sure feels like Ive lost more than that!
Yes, this new nodule is huge, it hurts like hell, and I am so embarressed by how my skin looks. My face is so beat red! I think my face looks worse and it definitely itches and hurts more than before my last derm appointment. Even though Im not ugly, this acne doesnt make me look as pretty and it makes me look repulsive
My skin is continuing to look like crap. I got a yellow juicy head on my forehead which is a place I never break out. It looks weird having that one zit there when I have no other zits on my forehead.
The zit on my chin that I thought was a nodule, I was wrong. Now, I think its a cyst. Its huge and it really hurts! Its so red

I can sympathize with the chin spots. I think they hurt so much because the skin is so thin there, the pimple presses right up against the bone. I ended up frying my chin spot with the Zeno device last week. I guess its not a good idea to put something that hot right up against a thin, boney area of your skin! 😯
When's your derm appt?

Ive abraded and burned my skin in the past too! Last night, I got so upset I took a shaver and shaved over the pimple. My pimples all leave redmarks so it doesnt matter. I figured Id just shave over it anyway
My derm appointment is very soon. Its tomorrow at three

Ill ask him for Accutane so I can have suicidal ideations again 😛 No just kidding 😆 Ive tried everything I can possibly think of and I am out of ideas. Hopefully, he will come up with something. Obviously this antibiotic cream and antibiotic pill are not working at all

Good luck at the derm tomorrow and if he gives you a new regimen, please make sure you ask when he would expect to see some improvement on the new plan. This way, we all won't be guessing as to when you should be seeing an improvement!

Okay I will my friend. Thanks for reminding me or I wouldve forgotten. My memory has been horrible these days. I used to have a great memory but not so much anymore. I will of course update you all on what my new regimen is
I washed my face at work around 7:15pm. A few minutes ago (its 12:02 now), I ditched that clenia and used a think later of the hydrocortisone cream again. My face is too beat red
Careful, I've heard hydrocortisone can cause a lot of problems with facial redness and sensitivity. Have you been looking into any laser treatments for your acne? They're expensive, but I've heard of people having good results with some, depending on the machine used.
Can that be used though if Im still breaking out constantly?
Have you tried birth control pills at all? I use ortho tricyclen lo and it is has cleared the acne that I used to have all along my jawline and chin, and around my mouth. You seem to breakout in the same places that I did. I rarely had a problem with the top 1/2 of my face, just the bottom. Personally, I think once you get your hormones in check, that chin/jawline acne will clear.

I was on Yasmin and I hated it. It made me feel lethargic (so did spiro) and it didnt help my periods. In fact, it made me have cysts. I dont really want birthcontrol pills but thanks for the suggestion. I do have a lot of blackheads on my nose. The only place that is pretty clear is on my forehead

I posted a few hours ago in my log about how things are turning out. It's normal for symptoms to get worse the weeks following treatments, and generally you won't see improvement after only one treatment, so I haven't seen any improvement yet. I'm going in for my second treatment on Wednesday. I'll just see how things go. I hate my face, too. At least yours isn't red and flushy! Count your blessings. 😉
This cystic pimple is really bothering me and I know this is making it worse but I cannot stop. I am sitting here pinching it. I have been doing that since I got home

I never itch with Rosacea... Do you ever get flaking? It's more likely that your skin is dried and irritated, thus the redness and itching.
Oh Im sorry! I guess I misunderstood based on some things you wrote in your log, I thought your skin was itching. I dont really get flaking no. I have a lot of clogged pores and white bumps with redness and itching like I want to crawl out of my own skin
