Yep, aside from the fatigue and mental issues Id love nothing more than finding moisture again for both my skin and my hair, Im just so dry and cant find a cure.

My hair is thin and wiry and greying prematurely and my face is as dry as a bone.

Dont know what to do

10% glycolic acid every other night and a moisturizer with ceramides really helps with the moisture. I don't really feel like it's dry most of the time. My issue is the lasting damage, it's really red and damaged, scarring and I've started getting whiteheads again for some reason (i'm 31 ffs).

Appreciate the response but not a topical solution, Im talking about deep moisture coming back via diet or supplements or medication if needed.

Ive tried Baxyl - anyone have any luck with this product??

I tried Baxyl some years ago. It had zero impact on anything.

Im going to keep on moving here.
Some science mixed with thought.
Ive seen enough recent studies to see this is emerging as a very real prospect.
Not just some natural healing type pseudoscience.
You have to imagine how hard this could be to treat as well if allowed to take hold.
Take h.pylori for example. A stomach bacteria that requires triple antibiotic therapy to knock it out.
And yeast is more sophisticated than that. (that meaning bacteria)

So thanks to my kinesiologist Im FINALLY learning the crucial order of how to heal.
Apparently its critical that you work on calming the nervous system and Adrenals before you work on the gut or anything else. If the Adrenals are stressed all other systems will shut down as the body is constantly in fight/flight mode - hormones shut down, body becomes extremely susceptible to parasites etc etc, which leads into possibly what guitarman is talking about above

Im now ready to work on gut/blood brain barrier after about 8 weeks of getting the nervous system under control.

Interestingly yesterday I asked to quickly test both how my body responds to Vit A and Vit D - A vitamin absolutely stressed my body out which was determined very quickly, D I responded well to....Kinesiology wont tell you if your levels are high or low, it will however tell you if that particular Vit or Mineral stresses your body out using a vile kit by the practitioner.......very interesting!!

Practitioner said next step is to work out why Vit A might be stressing the body - she has methods to determine this!!

This is great news, i hope that that is key. What did you do to reduce the amount of stress on your adrenals and nervous system? I guess things like acupuncture can attribute towards supporting that?

There have been weekly visits consisting of realignment structrely. Pressure points held combined with what comes up from my subconscious with deep breathing.

All standard things that fall within kinesiology. Also have taken in conjunction- ALA, zinc, anti parasite supplements, Gold - yes thats correct gold supplement....look it up.

Have fish oil but Ive made the decision to stop after this weeks finding that Vit A is stressing my body. Going off milf and minimising grains too.

Next week we start more on the gut now that my nervous system has been calmed.

Good question, its all about how you feel at the end of the day isnt it!!

I wont bullshit anyone, thus far I have much more muscle strength which I know heaps of people have had issues with over the years, that in of itself is a welcome change Id have to say!!
Its early days as Ive only calmed the nervous system, Im expecting more changes as I now start to work on gut/brain connection. So absolutely no changes yet to:

systemic dryness
sleep issues
light sensitivity
thinning hair
eye floaters
irritability

But as we know, even 10% fucken change is a step in the right direction yeah - Ill certainly take it!!

I've actually been making a considerable amount of improvement recently as far as mental health and digestion is concerned. So much so that I really think that not only can we catch up with the rest of the population of "normal" individuals, but that we can even surpass them one day. This curse that has been brought upon us may actually be a blessing in disguise.

Digestive protocol: Basically as I've mentioned before in past posts, I started out with 2 table spoons of "kefir grains" lactobacillus that I purchased on eBay two years ago. They have multipled and grown to about three cups worth over the years. You put them in a container filled with milk, coconut milk, or Lactaid. Sit them on the counter with the lid closed loosely and in about 48 hours you can drink the concoction. It's a very sweet and sour drink (no it does not spoil). This has been done for centuries in the Caucusus regions of the world and Russia. You can blend the fermented milk with any tye of berries, kiwi, and banana so it goes down easier. And whenever you want to take a break, you put them in fresh milk, and set them in the fridge or freezer. This "slows" them down into hibernation.

I also take VeganZyme or OmegaZyme with my meals that are high in fat and protein. I also eat a balanced diet of raw natural fruits, veggies, and meats. I haven't been to a fast food place in years. I hardly ever buy any processed foods even at the grocery store. My stools have been solid, healthy, and brown. I've gained weight from 155lbs to a solid 176lbs.

Hormone protocol: I do TRT, which has also contributed to my gain in weight and lean muscle mass. I started out with a doctor, but it is much cheaper to source your own online, which I can't recommend on here for obvious reasons. I do the injections myself, but you can start out with the androgel under the armpits if you are a first timer. I take the necessary Liver detox supplements (NOW Liver detox & regeneration) to counter any adverse impacts, but it is a good idea to get blood tests done every 6 months. I keep my T levels at around 700-800. Which is completely healthy for a young male in his 20's-30's.

Mental Health: I don't know if it was the Accutane directly that caused my clinical Depression, or if it was indirectly a result of the transient ischemic attack, and the post traumatic state that my brain is stuck in, butI have been microdosing Psilocybe Cubensis (magic mushrooms) every 3-4 days and I'm starting to become myself again. The brain fog is dissipating and I feel smart and happy again. I am able to delve deep into my inner consciousness and see reality around me. That I am a product of my fathers military upbringing. That I am affected by the side effects of Accutane and harbor resentment and hatred. That I've pushed my friends closest to me away out of fear of abandonment and anger because I can't create social connections as I used to. That I bullied the love of my life into the hands of other men when she was just looking for security, recognition, and appreciation. That all of us are just products of society, our environment, and parenting (or lack of parenting). The hand we play in peoples lives and our own is far greater than anyone ever taught me growing up. We literally create reality (as we know it) around us by our thoughts and actions.

Aside from create neurogenesis in the brain, Psilocybin allows you to feel emotions again. Hapiness and laughter. Sadness and crying. All these years I've gone without emotion. Self medicating with alcohol, harboring resentment, taking my frustrations out on friends and strangers alike. It allows you to truly look in the mirror. It allows you to see your mistakes and devise a plan to fix them. It has allowed me to finally mourn so that I can get rid of this excess baggage and move on. Please, YouTube the keywords 'Psilocybin Depression' for more information.

I think this quote applies in any situation, but especially one that's out of your control, like against an unstoppable force such as a Pharmaceutical company.

"So people hurt you, that's their problem, those are their character and actions, it is ordained by nature, how you respond is yours."
---Marcus Aurelius (Meditations)

I still have poor sleep schedule,Tinnitus, low night vision, light sensitivity, persistent images, and floaters. But everything else is getting better finally. I promised I would find a solution naturally (or at least semi-naturally). And I still do a ton of other things such as running long distance, weight lifting, CBD oil for jointinflammation, hyperbaric o2 therapy. It's still a work in progress, but we can definitely do this. And we can surpass the normal individuals who lack inphysical, mental, and spiritualhealth improvement if we start now.

Thx for the detail in your post Macleod - much appreciated!!

Just a question on mushrooms and excuse my ignorance but do you know much about the supplement Cordyceps??

Have you taken it, whats your opinion on it, is there something better to take ( mushroom ) for mental issues that is just to be clear?

On a side note - Im working with 2 kinesiologists within the same practice as it goes. The owner who is hard to see as hes always fully booked ( he determined my cells werent functioning within first 10 minutes) he also mentioned something about the pineal gland being affected, it was a passing comment during my first consultation but got me thinking.....how is it affected, what can be done to fix it??
what does that mean etc?

I see him again soon - Im no expert but Ill put my bottom dollar on it - pineal gland would surely play into our light sensitivity issues and sleep disturbance issues surely!!?

It may be that we dont work on it till weve addressed gut/brain functions - as mentioned before, theres an order for which things need to be worked on in kinesiology which Im slowly piecing together and understanding....

Ill update as I learn more.

For sure, the problem could lie in the Pineal gland. We know Accutane shrinks sebaceous glands, but it is a chemical, how can it discern between other various exocrine and endocrine glands? My doctor has shown that my Pituitary gland is affected and MRI revealed that I may have a micro-adenoma. Which could be causing my low Testosterone, low FSH, low LH. The Pineal gland is very close to the Pituitary. It could very well be affected.

Yes, I am a big fan of mycology (study of mushrooms) and world renowned expert Dr. Paul Stamets, please look him up on YouTube. A big YES to all medicinal mushrooms. I have tried cordyceps for like a month (like many other supplements) about 60 capsules (2 a day). It is supposedly the "energy" mushroom, you can take it in the morning with your coffee or tea. I personally didn't notice much effect, but I have read that mushroom supplements are "adaptogens" which means it takes a while for your body to adapt to them.

I've also tried Lions Mane, and I have noticed my nerves are getting better. Lions Mane would be the one to take if you want to aid the brain in creating new neural connections. It will also help in preventing dementia related diseases as we get older.

Paul Stamets has suggested a master brain supplement of about 0.3-0.4g dried powder Psilocybe Cubensis, 0.4-0.7g dried powder Lions Mane, and maybe about 16-32mg Niacin (vitamin b3). This is what I plan on trialing this fall in conjunction with my hyperbaric o2 chamber twice a week.

[Edited link out]

Taking a low amount of a hallucinogen is called "micro dosing". You do it every 3-4 days. It's low enough that you can continue with daily life, going to work, driving a car, etc. You won't hallucinate or anything. You really just feel great, like a kid again. It's a natural anti-depressant. Not only that but it's actually healthy for the brain. Smell the trees, feel the sun, socialize with humans. Everything we need in life is provided here in nature on earth for us.

Microadenoma on your pituitary...I can empathize.Doctors removed a macroadenoma on my pituitary.Felt a little better once it was removed, now I suffer from anxiety and ocd.

Started SAMe and it is tearing at my gut. -on Day 3.

Also takimg ALA, Glutathione, B12, B6, B5, D3, K2, Zinc, Magnetism with Taurine, L-Theanine, Saccharomyces Boulardii -couple weeks in.

My Natropath recommended Dr. Andersons regimen. [Edited link out]

I eventually want to try Phosphatidyl Choline.

PS...Negative rant...my health still sucks. Bad day today.

Interesting that you mention fungus!!

During yesterdays kinesiology session as we work on gut, well yesterday saw more work on small and large intestine but apparently you sometimes need elimination/digestion organs working first before the gut can be worked on....

Anyway - practitioner detected a fungus issue going on, they have me on molybdenum to control it. Taking 10 drops per day.

lets see how we go. Still taking ALA in case anyone was wondering.....till they say stop taking it.

May 12, 2016 -Here, we describe how dietarymedium chain triglycerides(MCT), ....Gut microbiotais now considered as a key factor ofmetabolic health[44...

"we believe that gut microbiota structure may not only serve as a biomarker of those metabolic states, but can also be subjected to a diet-induced remodelling, modifying in turn the metabolic status of patients (MUHOvs. MHO or lean state). Dietary MCT, taken alone or with other supplements (such as prebiotics, probiotics, organic acids, etc.) could be used as anti-obesity interventions, in regards to their capacity to prevent intestinal permeability/endotoxemia by remodeling gut microbiota, and to prevent unhealthy storage by improving the lipid catabolism/anabolism balance"

supposedlythe lauric acid in coconutoil and the free fat (rancid) at that.
This is mostly removed from most mct oils.

backfromhell

I bought organic virgin coconut oil for grilling my steaks. to my surprise, after a few days I started to notice an improvement in digestion. continued to use for weeks and eating raw 1 tablespoon. suddenly, I began to notice an increase in skin oils, hair loss, increase in libido, more rigid erections.

do not know why. I have some hypotheses:

(1) 5alpha reductase inhibition

coconut oil is DHT inhibitor. Exists a rebound effect in the production of enzymes 5alpha reductase after inhibition. after consuming the body produces more enzymes .

(2) Autoimune relief

The auoimune system inhibits the 5alpha reductase and coconut oil is a 5alpha reductase. The autoimune system stop to inhibits the enzime.

(3) boost thyroid. I remember when I used T4, increased skin oiliness, but remember not to increase libido and erection.

(4) Kill Candida

PFS is the source of an infestation by candida.

(5) coincidence

started to recover well in time that I started using coconut oil.

So what about other bacterial resistance? possible?
"These compounds exhibited significant antibacterial activities against the Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, S. epidermidis, and Propionibacterium acnes. They also exhibited antiandrogen activities."

couple more things.
plenty of people have come down with advanced gingivitis and dental caries/erosion post tane, post fin.
Im one of them.
could be a cause to look into more forms of dental care if true.

Eukaryotic resistance to fluoride toxicity mediated by a widespread family of fluoride export proteins.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/258203436_Eukaryotic_resistance_to_fluoride_toxicity_mediated_by_a_widespread_family_of_fluoride_export_proteins

Signicance
Although uoride is plentiful in the environment and is commonly used at high concentrations in oral hygiene products, little has been known about how biological systems overcome the toxic effects of this anion. We demonstrate that a protein called FEX in many fungi is essential for cell survival in the presence of high uoride concentrations. The protein is required for the rapid expulsion of cytoplasmic uoride, indicating that many eukaryotic species that carry FEX genes likely avoid uoride toxicity by purging cellular uoride.

Cant speak for the fin guys but does the bone and teeth issues post tane have more to do with Vit D/Calcium issues??

At various stages my bloods have absolutely shown low Vit D and I work partly outdoors so I get plenty of sunshine.

That damn Vit A overload we gotjust screws up so many other things.....

I am doing really well now. This is all from changing my diet to beef and water only aka carnivore diet.

There are tons of videos on it all over youtube. I discovered it on Joe Rogans podcast with Shawn Baker. Check it out and see if its something you'd like to try but if youre as desperate as I was it's a no brainer. Been on the diet for over 2 months (with a couple cheat days) and every symptom I used to suffer from has either completely disappeared or greatly minimized.

I did have bad diarrhea the first week but after that my digestion was so improved its hard to believe. I know this diet sounds like the opposite of what you would expect to be the thing to help but this has helped me more than anything else I've tried (and I've tried everything).

If this sounds interesting to you I recommend doing your own research and draw your own conclusions if its for you as I will not be debating anyone on here about the diet.

Also, Mikhaila Peterson on youtube was another major contributor to getting me on the diet that has completely changed my life for the better. She has seen dramatic improvements in her health (autoimmune issues). So if interested thats another person to search.

Not to debate you cause youre getting results on the carnivore diet but....

Kinesiology is showing me that things are out of whack throughout the body and theres a process in correcting things.

Now Im no expert but what if we need to correct something to do with Vit A, already when tested my body 20 years later is stressed by A when we tested it last week.
Im working towards correcting this.

The point being, it would be much easier correcting this via kinesiology than trying to maintain an anti Vit A diet for years on end....happy to be proven wrong but I know which method Id prefer.

Way too hard in my book maintaining a Vit A free diet....I happen to like dairy in moderation

As I said, not out to diss the A free diet, just that there might be a better avenue via kinesiology to correct the toxic shock A has delivered to us!!

Time will tell I guess - I may report back in a few months time that we cant change things but I remain optimistic at this stage

Hello!

What side-effects/symptoms improved while on this diet?
And how long after starting the diet did you notice improvements?

My digestion improved so much I dont even have to think about it anymore (after getting through the first week of diarrhea). Before this diet I would get so bloated from anything I ate, even just drinking water would make me feel bloated some days. I noticed my sleep got better within the first several days as well. I used to not have any chance at falling asleep at a reasonable time, now I fall asleep with relative ease and wake feeling rested. Also my energy levels are way up this probably due to being able to sleep soundly now but regardless my energy is way higher and this was noticeable after a week on the diet. Improved mood as well, less depressed outlook on life, maybe all coming from improved sleep idk but it is what it is.

I know a lot of people on here are desperate for any kind of relief, I know I was. If youre in that same boat just give the diet a shot for 4 weeks and see what happens. There is a lot of information out there of others getting good results on this diet for all kinds of health issues. Most people on here are already critical of what mainstream pushes as solutions to health problems and yes there is a lot of information out there critical of meat which made it all the more attractive to me.

Shawn Baker has a wealth of information out there for this diet, Mikhaila Peterson as well. Between those 2 you can learn everything you need to know about it.

Hope this information helps some of you.
