I'll give this a try. I started today but a bit further into the day :/ as I already had a drink with a meal earlier.
Here's what I had
6am/7am/8am/9am(whenver I wake up): 2 Handfuls of sliced Almonds, 2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds, 2 tbsp Flax Seeds, fruit(black or raspberries usually) all in Soy/Rice/Almond milk. Also, I have a cup of carrots.
8am/9am/10am/11am : 3-4 cups of filtered water
10am/11am/12pm/1pm : I'll probably be at school here so maybe an apple or two to tide me over a bit. If I'm at home, I'll probably start buying chicken more and grill/fry some of that and leave it over so that I can just heat it up. I'll have a piece of that along with a bowlful of spinach, or romaine lettuce.
Water after two more hours.
Then it'll be around dinner time so I'll eat either another piece of chicken, or some boiled beans, or boiled green beans or whatnot along with a plateful of spinach, brocolli cole slaw, or romaine lettuce. Maybe, add a piece of fruit, something like Kiwi Fruit or some raspberries.
Two more hours after, more water 3-4 cups.
It'll be around 8 here so if I'm hungry I'll eat whatever is available, probably reheat some leftover chicken or beans or whatnot and eat that with a bowl of letucce or spinach. I'm in not too hungry, I'll eat a piece or two of fruit.
Then around 10, 3-4 more cups of water and off to bed I go.
A question about chicken. Is lightly frying it in some olive oil an acceptable method, or is there a better way to prepare chicken(I don't have a grill or anything). Also, if I make say 6-8 pieces, can I just refrigerate those and eat them by reheating them in a toaster oven at a later date? How do you guys eat your chicken? Do you bread the chicken or use any flour?
I find this thread very interesting. I have been taking 10 grams of vitamin B5 for 60 days, with great success for my acne. I have noticed, however, that my psoriasis has been acting up. About 5 days ago, I began taking Primal Defense, which is a probiotic. I also ordered Dr Natura colonix pack, which I plan to begin after the new year.
After reading this thread, I deecided to try not drinking water 10 minutes before eating, and not drinking for at least an hour after. I ahve been doing this sicne Friday. It is quite a strange regimen for me, as I used to always drink lots fo water all the time, especially with food. I was a bit concerned because I know you are supposed to drink lots of water while takin B5. I have noticed, strangley, that my stomach is much less upset. I used to have slight stomach cramps and gas from the B5, which is gone now. I like the concept of having better digestion since the water washes away the digestive enzymes.
I am hoping that this regimen helps with my psoriasis. I will keep you posted.

Caroline-- how is your acne doing right now?
I have been trying your method for about two weeks now. My face seemed to be getting worse and worse (every morning, I found more new pimples around my chin). I kept very strict, and as some of my moderate acne began receding, no new pimples formed. A few days ago, I had a breakout, but I'm recovering well now.
I've noticed that keeping strict to this pattern is very difficult for me, as I often miss my windows to eat or drink during school, leaving me either very thirsty or very hungry come dinner time. If this is a permanent solution, I think it's worth it for me to win in my personal fight against acne.
Does anyone think this could help me eventually achieve clear skin?
Hmm so basically your saying drink nothing with meals and then just drink water? I see how this could work, but I'd probably choke on all the crap I eat if I had nothing to drink when eating, but congratulations if it works for you. I guess the "less is more" theory prevails again.
I've been tryin this method for about 4 days now, and while I can't speak with certainty about how its affected my acne (although my face does look/ feel slightly better than 5 days ago) - its done wonders for my digestion, and I have more energy and generally feel much healthier. So, cheers - thanks for a great suggestion.
very interesting i didnt have any liquid for lunch today man waiting for 2 hours before liquid intake sucks but i agree i think by taking antibiotics for acne awhile back have worsen my acne I remember i just had a few on my jawline but after stop taking antibiotics like awhile back my acne got worse and worse.
liquid...having soup during dinner? haha, so i'll need to stop soup intakes? =S btw i do believe diet has got to do acne. Like, a certain spot on ur face represents ur inner organs. So a zit popping out on an area means ur inner organs aren't functioning that well =)
Great one, sadcaroline
