Cons:
Dries out the skin, hence the name. Smells. The directions aren't that thorough. Has not got rid of my acne marks at all =
Didn't work for me personally. But it is worth trying!

Pros:
it zaps problem areas fast, even the biggest of zits
Cons:
it smells bad but it works so why does it matter?
buy this! but keep it on over night not 10 min the 10min doesnt work but over night does

Pros:
Well I guess it does make my skin fell smoother.
Cons:
It doesnt get rid of my pimples at all. I think it may reduce them but not by much.
I really don't like it atall. Everyone else seems to love it, but i am a teenage girl with not few pimples and it just doesn't seem to work.

kinda expensive.. but worth it
I had one of those humungous underground zits that you cant pop and was bound too stick around for weeks till i found this stuff.. put it one and after the first night it had come to a head and I was able to pop it then the second night it reduced the size dramatically and the third night it was flat and practically gone, albeit some healing. Good stuff! I would recommend this to any one.

Can sting, SLIGHT smell, only noticeable at first then fades away.
Bye Bye blemish is a great product because it contains a high dose of Sulfur, which simply dries out the pimple, so it's fast. Now for some of you who say "It dried out my skin", or "It made my Acne worse" here is what I have to say. First off Bye Bye Blemish was probly made for NORMAL skin types, i.e. not oily, or dry. So if you do have dry skin, then use a moisturizer, if you have oily skin then wash foaming cleanser and use a light cream so skin is not tight, and voila, this should help. Also for some of you who say that your acne is still there, I want you to take a good look at your face, is it possible you may Acne scars, instead of acne? 9 times out of 10 time this is case, so for that then you need to get a peel, or microdermabrasin kit. Now for me I get the occasional pimple and I just dab this stuff on, and within a day or two it's gone. worked for me!
I don't usually write reviews but I had to share.
These steps worked for me:
Wash face with dove soap.
Wash with spectro-gel (or other brand similar product).
Pat dry.
Apply hydrogen peroxide to cotton pad wipe face with the pad. Hold a little longer (30 seconds or so) on the pimples. Be careful, it bleaches the hair so watch your eyebrows!
Use bye bye blemish as per directions.
Go to bed and wake up and see the difference!
I really regret not taking a before and after picture. I have been using this daily for almost a week. Not sure if it is doing anything to the "dead" ones yet...

I always like to start off my acne product reviews by reminding everyone that there is not miracle product out there. Nothing is going to heal a pimple (or a whole face) in one night and leave you with the skin of 3 year old. Skin takes time to clean, clear, and heal itself. Now on to the product, this is the best overnight acne treatment I have found, ever. I picked this up at Ulta about six months ago and I really like it, I will continue to repurchase this as long as I keep getting pimples and they keep making it. I really just got my acne skin under control about 6-9 months ago, so I've been using this less and less, but this is about as close as you're gonna get to a pimple miracle because this will shrink your pimples overnight. I think this cuts a pimples life in half. I mean, if you normally get a pimple that lasts a week or more, put this on there and it will be dried up, not gone because the skin discoloration seems to linger, but 3 or 4 days tops. I love it and I would recommend this over any other topical spot acne treatment. Oh, if you have a popped pimple that you put this on, you may have a difficult time with it in morning because this stuff doesn't always come off once it's dried in your pimple stuff, even after you wash your face. This doesn't bother me because I wear makeup anyways, so I can usually just cover it. I put it on my skin when I feel like a pimple is coming up or start to see one, well before it ever gets big or a head on it and it really helps y'all. So buy this, it's on the pricier side but it works.

Pros:
Defeats breakouts fast.
Calms my acne.
Cleans it very well.
Doesn't dry out my skin.
Cons:
The exfoliating gel, is very itchy and bothers my skin.

I have very light acne, and I've tried EVERYTHING on the market. I breakout all the time and it bothers me a lot. I also suffer from discolorations and acne scars which I'm extremely self-conscious about. I first saw Murad Acne Complex on TV, and it caught my attention, but I was pretty skeptical at first, but I was willing to try it. I eventually bought it a couple months later. When I first used it, it cleared my breakouts fast, and gave my skin a special glow. A couple days later, I started breaking out. I didn't panic because I read that it increases acne as the first step. My breakouts went away in a matter of days and it lightened some of my discolorations and acne scars. I'm pretty satisfied with the results it gives me so far. In just three easy steps, it cleared my breakouts and lightened my brown spots. It also doesn't dry out my skin, which is a thumbs up. Murad helped my skin and I'm going to continue using it. I've been using Murad for a week now and so far it's the best acne treatment I've used, definetly better than Proactiv and Clearasil. Bottom line is I recommend it to anyone with light acne, don't freak out if you breakout at first! It will clear up and give you an breakout free face :)

This made my sensitive skin very irritated and did not help my acne. In fact it probably made it worse.
My acne is hormonal so this did not work for me. Used 1-2 months.

Like many of you, I was sold on the infomercial. Having used Proactiv, it helped my skin for a short time but the acne kept coming back. This product sounded like the answer to my dreams, but it really was a nightmare. I had moderate acne on my cheeks. The 'purging process' NEVER WENT AWAY. I have pictures to prove this. It literally F'd my skin up so bad. I now have severe acne all over my jaw/chin/forehead where I've never had breakouts in my life. I used it as the directions stated, and did for over 6 weeks. This was the biggest mistake of my life. I even tried their vitamins which are a waste of money as well. I can't believe they even sell this crap at Sephora. I bought some Kate Summerville products like Eradikate which are awesome. I also am now using a Retinol cream to fix the damage Murad caused. I hope someone sues Murad because I will gladly sign my name. It's not worth the risk, there are other things that can work. Go to a dermatologist, you don't want to risk your skin on this. I was unconfident before, but now I really have ZERO self-esteem. I hate Murad so badly. It's a joke, don't buy it, tell your friends not to buy it either. I'll gladly give any of you my contact info and I'll show you the damage it caused. Save you money. Clindamycin also works well...DO NOT buy any of these products! They are made by snake-oil salesmen!
Pros:
If you pop your spot and straight away put this on it will heal it a lot faster! Very small bottle therefore lasts a long time.
