Proactiv Solution : X Out

The product is great, the company and their service is awful, but I found you can purchase this at certain malls at kiosks (google xout kiosk and it has a zip code search) as well as on ebay (usually cheaper) and amazon (usually about the same or a few dollars more). I stopped using this product because even though it cleared up five years of acne in two weeks, it made me extremely sensitive to the light and I had to stop using it. I was scared to moisturize in fear that it would cause more acne, but now I'm moisturizing day and night and I'm able to use it again without the sensitivity. I would recommend it as long as you promise to moisturize!!

These people piss me the hell off because when you sign up to pay for it their all "it's just a simple one time, non-monthly payment of 30$ for you to try out" then they throw in all these little thing like "take these vitamins here and this face mask and its all free!!" then 3 weeks later you look at your account and you've been billed 40$ for the wash, 40$ for the pills, 40$ for this and 40$ for that; then when you try to return it, "it takes 4 to 6 weeks for your money to return" be which point you don't even give a f**k anymore. All for something that HARDLY EVEN WORKS! I will NEVER try OR recommend this to ANYONE AGAIN!!!!

I bought this by accident because my brother needed it and I accidentally got two packages so I figured why not use it, and seriously wish I hadn't. My face has been relatively clear but face wash is alway essential. I now have the most painful zits I've ever had on my face and broken out every where. I'm hoping buy using it more my face will clear up but for now it sucks!!

I just bought this product about 3-4 days ago, and it came in the mail today. I was hesitant after reading these reviews, but I had already ordered prior to reading any of these. I absolutely loved it. Idk why people are saying it burns their skin, it actually makes ur skin feel cool, and absolutely does not leave any red marks from burns (at least for me). I got the shine kit, and I can say it was worth every penny. I followed all the steps, and my skin feels so clean and cool. A friend recommended this to me and she had severe acne, now her face is flawless. I have moderate acne and am super excited about this product. Also I am 14 years old.

It made me breakout more and my face was kinda clear before i started using it.

I had initially signed up for 30-day trail. Then I was enrolled directly into 90-day plan where I had money deducted twice over two months. Post that I was again sent another set but this time with 3-month payment deduction costing to charge more than the first 90-day plan. >100$ I was never informed about this change through email or letter or phone. Also I am not able to see any order history or history of payments. This is outright wrong. If I had been informed about it atleast in advance, I would have cancelled my subscription. Now that it happened I have cancelled it.

It took 2 months to see results but I did finally see results. It does nothing for acne scars but it does get rid of breakouts. As soon as I quit using it, my acne came back. It was better than proactive or anything else out there!

Not only does the product cost at a strange price, it also makes you break out after a month. ALSO this company has been sending me extra packages I did NOT purchase, as well as bill me each month 50$ for the face washes I did NOT buy. I had called every time I had received this bill and asked them to withdraw my "purchase" as well as cancel it. They complied, but I STILL receive bills each month. WHEN WILL THIS NIGHTMARE END?! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. DON'T PURCHASE

I just started using X-Out and I'm starting to get worried because the only reviews I've seen are negative. I used Proactive + before and saw no results, unless I skipped a day or something then my face got way worse. I really like the cooling feeling of X-Out, so now I am wondering if x-out is as bad as every review says it is. Any positive opinions??

X out has a ridiculously high amount of benzoyl peroxide in it. This made my face so dry that I could barely move it, and no moisturizer could save me. This is a terribly made product due to the fact that it causes extreme redness and irritation all while it did nothing for my acne. This product may help some people, but overall it does not help the majority.
