Proactiv Solution : X Out

Im am so f**ken pissed do not order this product I was told by one of the representives that I would get 3 packages of x out for a 3 month supply and now I have been told that I only get 1 package and the whole thing is $90 ...will neverrr go come back to proactive

I wish I could give this "0" stars. First off I ordered this online and the email confirmation said it would ship as quick as possible because waiting sucks right? Is basically what it said. I waited two weeks and nothing came. I called to cancel my order and the girl said ok ill cancel it. I asked when I can get a refund and she said " over night" I'm ok. Of course that never happened so I called again a week later and explained my situation again and not to mention when they first answered they were talking in the bg it sounded to unprofessional. She said ok you'll get your refund after the holiday weekend. Never received it still. I finally called again tonight and the lady said they have to send out a letter for me to fill out letting them know I never received he product in the first place and then fax it back! Wow!!! I've never been so upset before. My advice? See if proactive works for you since it's been around longer. If not just go straight to your dermatologist.

My best friend had me try some of her xout and it worked fairly well. Ordered some of my own and its been three weeks and still no product. I'm furious if they charge my card again there will be hell to pay

Xout is a waste of time I'm 15yrs old and all Xout did was made my face worst, at one point it burned my face and dried out my skin leaving dark marks, the spot corrector does absolutely nothing as well, this product belongs in the garbage😡😡😡.

Well I can see that they've finally decided to hire a private answering service, unfortunately the fundamental flaw still exists, the subscription business model. Let's face it, you don't want some company to start charging you more for what you're paying on car insurance, especially for just some face wash. On top of it, they seem to be more compartmentalized than the CIA, KGB, FBI, NSA, DIA, NRO combined. Put simply, If you feel you're being overcharged, it's probably because you are. These people are horrible merchants, they won't stop lying. Please people, call your bank and issue a charge back, if enough accumulate it's tough luck for X OUT. (The sad part is this product actually works for me)...

It burned my skin so bad that I'm still scabbing. Even as a quick face wash, that "icy slap" feels more like burn that leaves your skin extra dry. There's nothing in it that helps hydrate your skin. Please don't waste your money.

Never have I been so angry, not only did this product not work, it broke me out even more and made my face dry! I bought the 30 day supply, and they ended up charging for the 90 day supply. Xout sucks big time.

Complete crap, this is a scrub with 8.5% benxoyl peroxide, not even maximum strength. i've used it and used it to no avail, got very minimal results. This is a waste of money in my opinion, and i had mild-moderate acne. however, it may work for some, but you may just be better of getting a 10% benzoyl peroxide treatment, that worked better for me.

Again, the makers of Pro-Active bring another yet failed product that fool teens like me into buying. Been using it for two years (due to forgetting to cancel my subscription) and has not been working since day one. Don't even bother with this, go see an actual dermatologist and get a prescription, I know I should've.

2 years I have been trying to resolve issues! Now being vocal, I have called, cancelled, sent back and still dealing with issues! Don't order, they will make your life hell!
