Pros:

Reduces outbreaks, fades red marks and even light scarring, leaves skin feeling very soft and healthy

Cons:

Yeah, it stinks a bit but you soon get used to it

This stuff has helped to stop my breakouts better than anything else I've tried. I've been using an expensive red/blue lamp for 4 years and ACV seems to work much better (although lamps are still worth a go IMO) It has faded my red marks a fair bit and even smoothed out some of my light scarring. It seriously improves your overall skin tone and at first you will notice how smooth your skin feels after using it. Best of all, after applying it to my shoulders every night which were constantly breaking out and covered in red marks, I now barely get a spot there and the marks are fading very well too! The smell is just not an issue for me, I apply it before I go to bed anyway. You must try this product. It is so cheap what have you got to lose?

Pros:

makes cystic acne generously smaller.
lightens scars.
completely cleared my forehead.

Cons:

none, you get used to the smell after first use.

USE IT! fold a tissue in half or dose a cottonpad in it, after your morning shower or before you go to bed...you'll see the results immediately. this is coming from someone that's used EVERYTHING (aloe vera gel, ProActiv, honey, lemon juice, Vitamin E, Zinc, potatoes, strawberry leaves, Zapzyt, Oxy pads...many more).

Pros:

-really works
-cheap

Cons:

-i didn'd dilute it enough the first time and my skin was splotchy and dry the next day (not unbearable though). i diluted it more and its fine.

This stuff is great. I've been doing the DK regimen for about a month and I just added this in a few days ago and am amazed at the results. My skin has never looked better and I've suffered from breakouts for the past eleven years. I haven't gone without makeup in front of people for years and my skin is getting to the point where I'm actually considering it and that feels SO good.

Pros:

Got rid of red marks. No more acne. Smooth skin! I love love love it!

Cons:

Smell...but who cares if yu have perfect skin

I started drinking this product about a month ago and started to notice my skin looking better. After I did some research online I found out that you can put it directly on your skin. My skin condition has improved 100% Its also a great weight loss tool. Take a tbsp or two 15 minutes before each meal with 8 oz of water. I cant say enough about this miracle product! Bragg brand vinegar is the best!

Pros:

- even out skin tone
- clears acne
- helps whiten acne scar
- and a lot more

Cons:

- nothing

- wonderful product (just make sure it's organic / with "mother"). It's the only product that works well on my skin, u can notice the improvement of your complexion in just a week. When it comes to getting rid of acne, u just have to wait but i promise you, it will give EXCELLENT result. If you feel it's making your skin dry, just put a little ORGANIC/RAW honey on your toner. ( the mixture should be equal parts of acv and water) Just as simple as that.

Pros:

Skin smoother, scars lighter and acne gone.

Cons:

Strong smell.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and I have noticed a great improvement in my skin. I believe my acne is hormonal. In addition to applying it on my skin I also take it internally with 2 tablespoons in an 8oz. glass of water twice a day. I notice more of an improvement when I drink it than when I apply it to my skin.

Pros:

Helps skin complexion
Prevents breakouts
Controls oil

Cons:

Maybe the smell
Tricks you at first..

I started this about two weeks ago, and I wasn't really impressed. What I found it did was bring all the pimples about to come through to a head. So although I didnt like these pimple, it was actually getting rid of what was already under my skin. The pimples were smaller, easier to get rid of too. About now I can see the benefits properly. No real pimples, cleaner complexion, my old scars now have a chance to fade without new ones replacing them. I am kicking myself I hadnt found this seven years ago. All that pain and I just needed some acv! I was skeptical because I had been drinking this for a while without this kind of result, I now use it topically and internally. I think it balances the pH of my skin after stripping it with a soap and controls bacteria. What I do is apply it after washing my face in the morning and at night, with a pure cotton pad. I really love this stuff, I'm starting to like myself! TOUCHWOOD TOUCH WOOOOOOOOOOOD

Pros:

Started working straight away. Skin was less oily, congested and red. Size and quantity of acne lessened immediately + got consistenly better with time. Have tried many treatments for yrs including topical antibiotics + retinoid cream with no results

Cons:

a little bit stinky when you initially put it on but subsides quickly.

Fantastic. Has cleared my acne when NOTHING else did. I have tried: liver cleanses, detox's, Vitex herb, Various face washes, scrubs - natural and chemically based. I tried antibiotics and retinoid creams to no avail and then throught one day i'll try apple cider vinegar topically and internally. As a moisturiser i use straight cold pressed organic coconut oil. Which is a fantastic combination. After 8 years I have no acne and my skin looks and feels fantastic. Acne was previously moderate to severe and chronic. Now I have one small pimple under my chin which is only there because I picked at it!

Pros:

Cheap and it really works. I think it give my skin a nice glow

Cons:

Smell and taste

I have bad side effect using benzoyl peroxide so i can't use Dan's regimen. I managed to found my acne cure in this forum. That's using apple cider vinegar as a drink and a topical. I drink and apply it twice a day. I have done up a blog [link removed] with 20 days of pictures of my acne condition. This treatment is rather tedious but it really works. I have to continue the treatment even after my acne clear up.

Pros:

Works very well
Safer for skin
Great for all over and on-the-spot treatments
Cheap

Cons:

Smells bad

This stuff is kind of amazing. I'm really surprised that more people don't know about it. My acne typically isn't all that terrible, but I AM terrible about picking at them and will often make even small blemishes into scabby atrocities. Sometimes I have gotten those big painful cyst-type zits. I've been using apple cider vinegar for about 1.5 months and it had kept my face really clear, even during my menstrual cycle. I dilute it with about 25% water, and apply it to problem areas in the evening with a Q-tip. I wash my face in the morning to get rid of the stink. I've been using a natural emu oil, tea tree oil, and eucalyptus oil soap; and jojoba as a moisturizer. It's all going great and my skin looks better than it has in a long time. If I notice one forming, I make sure to put the vinegar on that spot and it never really progresses and just fades away. Great alternative to chemical laden treatments like Proactive (which worked for me, but I found the BP was having ill effects on my skin quality).
