Pros:

Clears acne
keeps pimples from forming

Cons:

Easier to sunburn

This product will save your life. I have many blackheads and am prone to cystic acne and this product helps all of those things. I was so depressed over my acne and I literally tried every product out there and spent ridiculous amounts of money. Finding this was the best thing that ever happened to me. My skin cleared so fast and I never have breakouts anymore and on the rare occasion that I do, BP clears it up overnight. Anyone struggling with acne NEEDS to try this. It is affordable and works miracles.

Pros:

leaves no film or residue, goes on clean.
cheap, bulk size bottles.
high quality & consistent.

Cons:

wish i could buy it in a store!

Once I started using this BP, I never looked back. It has a staple in my routine for over 4 years. Every bottle I get lasts me at least a month (and I use a lot!) and the quality is consistently high. I don't know if I could live without this... seriously. I laugh when I hear people talk about Proactiv. If only they knew how much BETTER this stuff is than that crumbly, chalky white Proactiv crap!

Pros:

-Excellent price
-Very smooth application
-Gel is clear and leaves no residue
-Extremely effective
-Large size of product

Cons:

NONE

This is the best BP I have ever used, period. It doesn't over dry, it doesn't show once applied, it doesn't burn or irritate, and did not make my skin red. The size should be the seller alone, as it is a fraction of the cost of other brand product. Very impressed, easily Dan's best product.

LOVE this benzol gel. The only 2%gel that you can buy at the store is AcneFree Terminator sensitive. Dan's benzol is SOOOOO much better. I was using Acnefree benzol until i got Dan's kit in the mail. Let me tell you, I can see and feel the difference! Dan's Benzol goes on so smooth and is less harsh than AcneFree benzol (which has alchohol=drying). I'm so excited I bought this!!

Not provided in local stores!

I've only been using this product for just over a week now... but I must say, I'm really quite impressed. I was skeptical to buy this at first as you never know how a new product will react on your skin. Also, I've used other BP products before and they were hardly effective so I was really wondering how this BP could be much different from all the other ones (e.g. PCA, panoxyl, benzac etc.). This BP is incredibly different and although it is only 2.5% it is certainly more effective than other 5% and 10% products I've used in the past. Before using Acne.org BP, I was on stievamycin for roughly 8 months while having also used such products as emu oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, hydroquinone, vitamin c, and aloe vera and for the most part my acne was kept under control, however, you could certainly tell I had an acne problem. By the time I started using Acne.org BP, my face was already used to harsh skin drying products, so I began with Dan's recommendation of using more BP instantly without using building up to it. Now, normally I'd hate to say something is an overnight miracle as I've tried dozens upon dozens of products... but this BP has really cleared up my skin, faded scars, and evened out skin tone (helped with redness). At this point, I've stopped using stievamycin and other prudcts and have only been using Acne.org BP, which is very surprising because stievamycin got my acne from severe to less than moderate. I still have some acne scars but they should fade quite well and soon :D I do, however, always use a gentle cleanser (my choice is cetaphil) and as much as I'm using 2-3 applications of the Acne.org BP as my regimen (once a day and once at night), my skin is hardly dry, unlike it was with most other products. In the end, definitely give this a shot!

Pros:

Clears up acne.

Cons:

Drying
Bleaches

I've had acne since my teens and it was getting old. Nothing was working for me. I even tried a hardcore regimen of prescription acne medications, with only moderate success. Since I switched to Dan's Regimen, I've had clear(er) skin for the first time in over ten years. When I first started using this, my acne actually worsened in certain areas; not only were there larger, more visible pimples, they HURT. Badly. But I stuck with it, and after about a month, I started to see drastic improvement. Six weeks in, aside from old scars, I only have about one or two visible pimples at a time--such an improvement. Plus, the gel dries clear and residue-free, unlike cream-based BP treatments. The negatives to this treatment are that it causes a burning, tight, dry feeling and that it bleaches everything it contacts. My night shirts all have big blotchy white stains from rubbing against my chin during the night. However, I use white towels and pillowcases to prevent excess linen destruction and consider a few bleached nightshirts a worthy sacrifice for my smooth, clear skin!

Cons:

made face EXTREMELY red
drying

Didnt work for me. Actually made skin worse, and I stayed on the regimn for a month. Burnt my skin and made it more sensitive and really red. It felt like a layer of my skin had been pelled off after i used it and made me look older.

Pros:

Clears skin!!
Easy to apply
Lasts a long time

Cons:

DRYING!
Expensive shipping (to Denmark) :s

In around a month, it cleaned my skin. I still have red marks, but it's really nice to have a SMOOTH face! :D. The dryness was difficult to handle (esp when you're wearing makeup), but the skin will adjust slowly to it. I've noticed how my skin is getting less and less dry, but it takes some time. But it's definitely worth it!

Pros:

-Makes skin look amazing!
-Cheap!

Cons:

Causes skin to flake after a couple weeks of usage, but can be rectified with a moisturizer.

I've used various acne products all my life ranging from benzoyl peroxide to salicylic acid and nothing can beat this product. I am absolutely amazed at the quality of this product and I can promise you that no other acne treatment on the market can beat the cost and effectiveness of this benzoyl peroxide treatment. It not only rid my skin of all blemishes, but helped get rid of lasting scars that took weeks to go away. Bottom line is BUY THIS PRODUCT! And if you're hesitant to put your credit card information down to order this product, I can promise you that this product is not a scam! Dan actually wants to help you!!!!! I also want to add that if you are a teenager dealing with acne like I was and just happened to stumble upon this website. I must clarify that this treatment does take time and must be done religiously day and night to work! It took about two weeks' for my acne to disappear.

-It actually works!!

Cons:

-specific time intervals
-burned my face, that it looked sunburnt
-bit itchy
-very flaky skin
-bit messy
-bleaching

After trying many acne products, I came across this website. I decided to buy the product and my skin started to improve in several days or so. My skin is now a lot smoother than before. The side effects were quite unpleasant, but in the end it was all worth it.
