Pros:

Feels nice when you put it on, and occasionally does something. It used to work for me.

Cons:

Doesn't work. It dries up my skin, makes it all red, and even can make me break out.

It may work for some people, and used to work for me but now it just makes it worse.

Pros:

Nothing less than spectacular. The best spot-treatment I've come across.

Cons:

None really. Burns a bit.

This works great to instantly eliminate swelling. Put it on for 20 minutes and you can hide it completely with makeup. Works within minutes even for big, inflamed zits.

Pros:

It's a quick fix.
It's a household item.
It's reduces noticeability so you can cover it up completely.

Cons:

Some people sleep with it on. This has consequences. I did it before bed, washed it off, and didn't feel a second application was necessary the morning after.

It's effective if you put it on your face for approximately 20 minutes and rinse thoroughly, but if you put it on all night you're asking for mottled aftermath. I like it because I can't afford Pro-Active and tooth paste is a product that most people have because it's a priority item. The burning sensation is the equivalent of IcyHot on your muscles, it's reassuring because you know it's working. I find the sensation tolerable and even relaxing. I've tried astringents like Sea Breeze and Noxema- I've even tried ProActive. They give me the same results over an extended period of time. Results will obviously vary but I'd even if I didn't have teeth I'd definitely keep an extra tube around for skincare.

Pros:

-Really does minimize size of zit, and is pretty much gone by morning
-Smells nice!

Cons:

-Left a patch of where the toothpaste was ):

This really does work to reduce size, but... You definitely should not leave it on over night like I did. It leaves a mark, which is a real shame, because I don't know if you would get the same "drying out the pimple" effect if you just left it on and then washed it after 10, 20 minutes. So excellent smell, and effectiveness. Just don't leave it on over night.

Pros:

tingly in a refreshing kind of way. Reduced the redness and sweeling after only 30 minutes

Cons:

makes you look kind of silly

It works if you want a quick fix for the swelling. I've read alot of complaints about drying of the skin, so i went ahead and used a moisturizer afterwards, and other than the fact that my skin still feels cold, it feels fine. I used a paste/gel striped that was whitening, and i didnt have any problems with it. You might want to be careful if you have sensitive skin though, as it might irritate it.
