Pros:

- reduces inflammation
- makes existing pimples smaller (cysts)
- fades old scars (kinda)

Cons:

after i put it on, my face gets really tight and i find it hard to even smile.

i used the mild version of it, and so far i havent experienced any of the redness, itchiness or flakiness... and its working really well for me.. i can really see my pimples getting smaller each day.. (I have moderate acne..) (the reason why i bought it for only 3 dollars is because of insurance)

Pros:

Definitely making a noticable difference

Cons:

I think it takes a while to have fully satisfying results

I've only used this product for 3 days on a bad breakout of acne i got on my chest a few months ago. After the first day, i had a mild breakout of a few whiteheads, which i heard is normal, but they seemed to rub off pretty easily. I'm now on my 3rd day and i've gotten no new breakouts, although there are alot of red spots, they seem to be shrinking, and calming down alot. Seems to be on pace as something that will have a noticable effect within a week or 2.

Pros:

at first burns and make skin red and flaky. Give it 2 weeks and pimples will be gone.

I use this, i take 350mg of saw palmetto, and I use neutrogena healthy skin lotion spf 15 in the day. All acne has stopped and only post acne marks are left (which are fading). Please go to this website and say this prayer... it is amazing. Thanks to St. Therese I am cured! [link removed]

Pros:

cleared up my skin quite a bit even though it has been a month

Cons:

caused a little dryness and shinyness but not much for me

works very well

Pros:

With constant use it cleared up about 90% of my acne. I used this medicate for close to 6 years without too many problems.

Cons:

It dries out the skin considerably, so make sure you have a good moisturizer.

This medication helped me have clear skin throughout my teenage years without any notable side effects.

Pros:

Def. does work, easy application, dries off super fast, cheap (cost me $14) gets rid of acne before they pop out. does not sting bad as people say ( its worse if I use collogne after shaving). And you just have to use it

Cons:

Creates a film which tightens skin. (but after making a few funny faces its all good)
Takes a few weeks to see improovement.

Def. recommend, follow instructions and its all OK

Pros:

Evened out skin tone first use,
didnt over dry.
woke up without the usually vat of oil on my face.

Cons:

possibly initial breakout,( comedones).

kay wow. latley I spend about 200 bucks on over the counter cosmetics a month to control oil, and comedones, I'm 28 have had different kinds 0f acne since age 12. I've been on lots of perscriptions for acne. None have been worth the trouble. cant use acutane or oral antibiotics & benzoyl peroxide burns &leaves big red welts. but this, I noticed an improvement after the first use. My skin tone is even, my pores are not cloged from the gel, my skin does not hurt as it does with other topicals. and best of all its not greasy but not dry either. This cost $ 30.00 I'm using the mild gel. I'm kinda pissed I didn't hear of it till now.

Pros:

it clears up the acne relatively fast

Cons:

makes it worse before bt only for a few days

i just started using it 3 days ago, and already many of my blemishes are starting to dissapear. my doctor said it would take a week to start working fully, so im still waiting for spectacular results, but everything else i've tried didnt work...proactive...neutrogena...xeno...hopefully this gets me the results im looking for!!!

Pros:

Keeps acne away, not costly and saves you from further scarring.

Cons:

At first your face is dry but keep in mind the longer you use it the less you use it. You can have a major breakout because this product will pull everything out. Remember: It always gets worse before it can get better.

This product does work and the others that say it doesn't are the ones who have been on the medication for one to three months. NOT LONG ENOUGH! If you listen to your doctor he will specify that this product does not work over night and that it takes 4-6 weeks to even start working. Than the product will clean everything out and if you have it worse than others you may even wake up to 2 new pimples everyday until your face has been cleaned out. Better than waking up to acne for a couple of months than everyday for the rest of your adult life. Not true in many cases that acne goes away once you "Grow out of it" like your parents may say. So try this product and don't give up. I was on it for 3 years in highscool and it saved me from alot of embarrassment, and then went on for 2 years with no medication acne free until my stress level rocketed and I am on the product once again and brings me back to when I'd skip a day or two of school on the bad days. Good thing I work nights!!!Melissa.

Pros:

Got rid of my existing acne
Prevented new pimples from forming
Didn't dry out my skin

Cons:

None

It works! It might take a while though... but it cleared acne that NOTHING else could!
