Pros:

-Reduces acne rapidly
-Didn't notice any irritation or severe dryness using this.

Cons:

-Seems to clump on very badly on the skin
-Expensive
-Small Quantity

I heard so much good stuff about Clean and Clear's Persa-Gel from the reviews here. I'm currently a long term user of Panoxyl Aquagel, I begun at 2.5% and moved up to 5%. So far though it seems the Aquagel has become inefficient at removing my stuborn acne. So it decided to purchase this gel over eBay. The most noticeable difference was the price, this is very expensive at $9.00 considering the quantity which is 28g compared to 40g worth of gel I get from Aquagel. This is relative though considering you only need to spot treat with Persa-Gel, on the otherhand I can still buy a triple pack of Aquagel 5% for about $13.00 so I felt pretty ripped off. My biggest pro to this product is that I witnessed no irritation or burning (and my acne reduced much faster then before), I had used another 10% BP treatment before which was Quinoderm and that unlike this treatment stung horribly and caused acne due to the extent of the irritation. This for a 10% BP treatment is quite an accomplishment and you get the rapid acne reduction alongside the given strength. Though the major con is that I don't think it was worth the price, I think I'll just purchase Panoxyl's Aquagel at a 10% strength if I want a stronger treatment, also the Persa-gel didn't seem to absorb into my skin well and instead clumped up which to me felt like a waste of an already expensive product. This product great for customers on here who are willing to fork out any amount of cash for a treatment, but for those on a tight budget you should look elsewhere, I suggest looking into purchasing Dan's 2.5% Treatment, while it's pricey you get so much product and no other company out there delivers that (wish he would sell at different strengths!) I also highly recommend Aquagel which is cheap and delivers very well, another product you can try is Nixoderm which is a Salicylic acid treatment but from experience has gotten rid of my acne faster than any other BP treatment on th

Pros:

Reduces Pimple Size
Good for cystic acne or nodule

Cons:

Doesn't prevent acne
Very Drying

This product is good and reducing pimple size, but does not completely get rid of the pimple! It's very very VERY drying and it tends to itch, it doesn't dry clear so only use it at night. I would only use it as a spot treatment though not for your whole face.

This product has done wonders for my acne. Although it dried my skin out SO BADLY. My face has never in my life been this dry. It is red, itchy, puffy, and of course; DRY. No matter how much moisturizer I apply, it does not help WHATSOEVER. I would definitely recommend this product for people with acne but try to use as little as possible && DO NOT put it all over your face. It does say on the bottle to use a small amount because it is drying but it should say use a VERY VERY small amount. A little does go a long way with this product. Disclaimer: Everybody's skin is different so it may work completely different on someone else. This is personal experience.

Pros:

Doesn't tighten skin

Cons:

None so far

I just bought this at my local pharmacist. Quite pricey, but I just started using it so I'll see how it works! For a cleanser, I'm starting to use Spectro Jel Cleanser for Combination Skin. Hope it works!

Would you use a flame thrower to light a candle?
This stuff will help your skin to clear up, but it probably will remove a few layers of skin in the process. Its pretty strong. Also it's kind of expensive for the small amount you get. I would prefer the Acne.Org stuff, but that's not nearly as strong as this. I gave it three stars because it does help acne.

Perhaps a little too strong for sensitive skin.

Pros:

Helps if you have severe acne
Is not expensive
very strong and effective

Cons:

Dries out skin
Not suited if you have sensitive skin like me, go for a 2.5% or a 5%
Could bleach clothing

I have been using the persa gel for over a month now and it did dry out my face a lot! I would recommend this to the people with severe acne problems and to the ones with less severe problems i'd say, use the 2.5% or the 5%. It is true that it fights to clear up acne, but i've been getting weird and painful acne bumps because of this product filled with whiteheads. I realised that when I stopped using this product that I wasn't getting the bumps anymore.

Pros:

doesn't sting

Cons:

it doesn't work on my skin. After i was told to take a break from accutane, i used this product on areas where pimples were about to form. I put it on the areas everyday kept my face clean and the next week the pimple came out

It actually only worked on one of my pimples. I have this huge one. it reduces the size pretty quickly...but i still have the pimple and it fills up and gets big again and it has been this cycle of reducing it then it getting big again by itself for two weeks now
