Pros:

Didn't dry out my skin and it didn't make my skin worse

Cons:

Didn't do anything. It sucked

Don't buy it unless you barely have any pimples at all. My skin is oily and I have moderate acne. I'm guessing this was designed with a less severe case of acne in mind. It felt like I'd just put on a sticky layer of gel and it didn't even do anything.

Pros:

There are none

Cons:

it didn't do ANYTHING

i don't know if i'm using it wrong or it just stinks. I clean my face, dry it off, then apply a thin layer directly to my bumps(not white-heads, just red acne bumps). this didn't work, so i tried to put a thicker layer on, didn't work. i did this every night(kept on until morning) for a week or more and nothing happened at all. i didn't even feel like it was working. maybe its my skin type. my acne isn't bad, it only breaks out like once every two months on my forehead or chin.i'm not sure what the deal is. any advice??? it seems to work very well for most of the people on here, why not me??????

Pros:

doesn't sting

Cons:

it doesn't work on my skin. After i was told to take a break from accutane, i used this product on areas where pimples were about to form. I put it on the areas everyday kept my face clean and the next week the pimple came out

It actually only worked on one of my pimples. I have this huge one. it reduces the size pretty quickly...but i still have the pimple and it fills up and gets big again and it has been this cycle of reducing it then it getting big again by itself for two weeks now

Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

Makes small zits bigger

I think that it may be too highly concentrated in benzoyl peroxide that it irritates my skin a little too much. I put it on a small zit that was forming and now it's huge haha. It sucks. I'll be sure not to use this stuff anymore. It's all good it wasn't expensive. Maybe this stuff just isn't for me.

Pros:

Feels clean.

Cons:

My face has broken out very badly for the first time in months since I started using this product. Dry skin and peeling, which I haven't had this badly using any other BP product.

I'm definitely going to keep using it and hope that my skin starts to react better to the gel. I've only been using it for a few days and I'm hoping that this is my skin getting used to the product or purging. Just stopped using Benzaclin and started Persa-Gel. I would definitely give the product a try and stick with it for a few months before making any final decisions.

Pros:

dries those juicy suckers up

Cons:

redness, some zits get more irritated, dry and tight, flaking typically...

it may get rid of a localized zit...but it is not good for your skin. period. I actually found that where i put it on, and after the initial zit shirveled up, i'd get a new one bam right there next to it! One day i put on this bp during the afternoon sunday and left it on until i washed my face at night. i didn't put it on at night...i put on moisturizer. When i woke up i saw the texture of my skin was hell....and very red. So I used coverup for the first time in a long while (i usually wear mineral poweder). by noon all of the makeup had FALLEN off with my skin flakes! it looked like a desert.... BUT I had used this stuff religiously a few years ago (with no good affect actually, i used to put it like all over my face all the time even though it didn't do much) i didn't react too badly back then tho.... this stuff has been around me for years...but please don't make a habit of using this sh*t.

Pros:

None

Cons:

This stuff made my skin react horrendously!! I broke out in a rash, a burning irritation in the area applied with tiny white bumps everywhere!! AWFUL! It's been a day already and it hasn't gotten any better -- this skin reaction is intense

I'm sure this is a really good proudct, but it's harsh, and if you have sensitive skin, do not use this!

Pros:

Nice Packaging, doesn't make existing pimples larger or hurt....

Cons:

I don't use this daily so it hasn't really done a whole lot for me,but it did make a pimple alittle smaller and anythings better than making ir bigger or worse....

With consistency this could be a valuable acne fighter,so maybe I'll try it and give it another review....
