Pros:

Moisturizes very well when adding a few drops to the Acne.org Moisturizer!

Cons:

None really...

My skin was feeling tight an hour after moisturizing alone with the regimen. This stuff seems to keep my skin from feeling tight and reduces the flaking when applied.

Pros:

Many uses
A few drops is plenty of moisturizer

Cons:

Bottle top doesn't seal
Can leave you shiny if you use too much

I use jojoba for all kinds of things. I add some to Dan's moisturizer (or even put it on straight) when my face is particularly dry. You just have to be careful not to use to much, or you will be shiny. I use it as a makeup remover. I use it to moisturize my lips and hands. I use it as a massage oil. I add it to warm water and lemon juice and soak my hands in it as part of a manicure. My by gripe: The top leaks. The bottle is always covered in oil. (I hate to think what would happen if I packed this in a suitcase.) There is something gross (probably bacteria) growing in the hinge part of the cap where I can't get it clean. There is also stuff floating in the oil, which I'm guessing is also bacteria. Gross! The next bottle I buy will be decanted into a bottle that seals properly.

Pros:

Does help out with flakiness of skin.
Makes a good lip balm.
Seems to have helped a lot with a lot of drier areas I had on my face that looked a bit wrinkly... or something.
The dropper lid is nice... but also see cons.

Cons:

Makes my face oily/shiny, but I use it with Cetaphil and that makes my face oily/shiny alone.
It seems to leak out around the dropper some when you use it. Not much, but still, it can get a bit messy.

I haven't used this for quite a week yet, but I really like it so far. I've been having problems with my skin being really dry (for no reason at all, I never used to have dry skin) and none of the moisturizers I used helped. Cetaphil had the best results, which made my face very oily/shiny, but lasted longer than the others despite still having flakiness by the end of the day. So I bought the jojoba oil to give it a shot. It helped out a lot with the flakiness. Rarely does my skin have flaky spots at the end of the day. I've also been using it on my lips and I really like it. I've never used chapstick before because it always felt weird and never actually helped (but we always got the cheap brands). But this really does feel nice on my lips and seems to be helping with the dryness of them. I have gotten a few pimples lately since using the jojoba oil. I still broke out some times before I started using this, so this may just be my time to have a break out. I'll try using Dan's moisturizer again, with this added and see if it still helps out with flakiness and oiliness/shininess. If I continue breaking out, I'll likely stop using it and just have to deal with flaky skin.

Pros:

GREAT pre-shaving lotion. Have used it for about 8 months prior to every shave and have not cut myself once or experienced any problems with ingrown hairs. Also works well when combined with moisturizer at nighttime.

Cons:

Makes face shiny, so I would not recommend using it during the day. Also did not help with decreasing my oil production as I had hoped.

I would recommend it for men for a preshave lotion. The bottle will last you for months and if you are having issues with flaking it may help when used with your moisturizer.

Pros:

Really really gets rid of those pesky flakes and dryness caused by BP.

Cons:

Can make face a little shiny if too much used. The verdict is still out on this for me as far as causing breakouts- I don't think so though.

Great stuff if you are on the BP regime. A little goes A LONG WAY for sure. You only need a drop or two mixed in with your moisturizer for your whole face! I think this bottle will last me 10 yrs, :) I dont notice a bad smell to it at all and I think they must have improved the bottle as mine does not leak at all.

I'm writing this review based on the healing properties of jojoba oil on my neck eczema. I developed a small patch of eczema on my neck 5 years ago when I was 20. Cortisone creams and the Elidel cream (both prescribed to me by various dermatologists) helped control it, but they are not meant to be used on a long term basis. So I sought alternative creams that could help. I've tried almost everything on the market - L'Occitane shea butter, The Body Shop Vitamin E cream, Clinique, Hope's Eczema Relief Cream, Sebamed, Jurlique Calendula Cream, Avene Cold Cream ... imagine all the money that I've wasted over a patch of unsightly eczema! But then, I bought jojoba oil from this website with the intention of applying it to my face as a moisturiser. I extended its application to my neck, and at last, I have found a product that doesn't contain steroids but which controls my eczema! I can't say this will help all eczema sufferers, but it's worth giving it a try!

Pros:

Great Mosturizer! I will probally never see flaking again! It's also a very good lip balm.

Cons:

Makes face/lips shiny.
Somewhat expensive (Although it does last a long time).

I use it every night on my face and occasionally on my lips. It definitely makes your lips smoother and softer, but I haven't actually noticed THAT much of a difference on my face. However, I have only been using it for about 2 weeks. I think it is definitely worth the extra money. No flakiness, and it makes your skin softer.

Pros:

Natural, Multi-purpose, Easy to apply, sinks right in (dreamy texture), mattifying abilities

Cons:

Allergic tendencies, clogs pores with continued use, may be too drying for some,

Sadly, this product doesn't work for everyone. I was thrilled at the idea of using a natural plant-based oil as a multi-purpose product. I started using a couple drops in the beginning and mixing it with my Regimen moisturizer. When my skin got worse, I gradually started using more until my skin was completely riddled with red bumps, milia and a horrible itchy rash on my neck. I didn't want to waste the bottle, so I decided I could use it as a hand/cuticle treatment. Well, the first morning after using it, I woke up with hard, scaley skin all over my hands. So then I thought maybe I could use it as an undereye moisturizer, because I've heard jojoba is a "miracle anti-aging treatment". After using it for 2 months, I have lines under my eyes that have never been there before. I must be one of the unlucky few who are extremely allergic to Jojoba. My skin has also cleared a little after discontinuing the Regimen moisturizer, which I noticed also has Jojoba in it. It's worth a try, though!

Pros:

it's non-greasy, has no scent, and is very moisturizing.

Cons:

it's expensive, but the bottle lasts for a while (one drop goes a long way).

I don't use this on my face, but I love it for my shoulders and upper arms, which can get very dry. It is the perfect balance of light feel and deep hydration, and there is no smell to bug my sensitive nose all day! I got badly sunburned recently and it worked much better on that than any of the aloe lotions/gels I'd been using.
