Pros:

-Speeds up healing time of pimples.

Cons:

-Causes pimples to flake.

If you plan on using concealer on a pimple, do not use this product the night before or the day of applying the concealer. It dries out the pimple pretty well but leaves it flaky so that any concealer looks like clay or a powdery mess. If you don't plan on using concealer or makeup over the pimple, go for it!

Pros:

It doesn't dry out my skin! Gets rid of acne efficiently and makes my skin feel healthier!

Cons:

It cost way too much for how much you get per tube. I wish they make a larger bottle also...

Best BP product out there.

Pros:

It really helped my skin clear up, fast!

Cons:

It stops working after a while and you need to make sure you apply it correctly.

It something everyone should have in their make-up bag, in case of emergencies.

Pros:

dries up pimples fast and help stops breakouts

Cons:

small bottle, big price

Pros:

absorbs smoothly into skin, no odor, no flakiness. clears skin very well.

Cons:

can get sticky, a little pricey for a small tube

Although it's a little pricey for such a small tube, I'll take it ANY DAY over the expensive other brands. This fits right into my budget! It does have a drying effect but as long as you follow up with the proper moisturizer, problem solved. It even doubles as a fade cream. I've noticed my post acne marks are disappearing.

Pros:

Excellent at preventing pimples AND getting rid of ones already present!

Cons:

Can be drying some times.

Keeps my entire face clear even during those times I am more prone to breaking out:) Goes on easily and absorbs fast.

Pros:

Works well, gets rid of pimples faster and helps with redness.

Cons:

WAY TOO DRYNG for my face! It completely made my face go crazy and I was peeling so bad on my chin. I couldn't smile throughout the day b/c I it literally felt like my skin was about to crack. Didn't look to nice either, so I stopped using it.

Good as a spot treatment like what it is made for, definitely not the whole face. Although it claims it is gentle, it was too harsh for me and way to drying. People with sensitive skin I woudln't recommend, I learned that the hard way! My skin is still messed up b/c of it.

Pros:

really small, worked on the small pimples and all. like little white heads here and there, maybe on every other blackhead.

Cons:

didnt really work for me. my skin got kind of "immune" to it quickly.

it will work on SOME of the breakouts i had, and it wont work on others.

Pros:

Great at clearning up existing acne and preventing future breakouts, it also seems to help oily skin stay matte.

Cons:

Small tube, and some irritation/flakiness (stings if used anywhere above cheekbones)

I find this is a great product for my existing acne, especially since the BP level is just 2.5% I've used SA products in the past, but they seem to lose their effectiveness on me after a while. This just keeps working, and it keeps my cystic acne at bay.

Pros:

it heals pimples without overdrying skin

Cons:

depending on how much you use, can make skin red and itchy

It's the one product that has alleviated my acne since accutane. Also, if you have a health spending account, you can reimburse yourself for the purchase of this product (or any acne medication, over the counter or prescribed). I would also recommend using a mild soap called vanicream, which is hard to find but can be ordered online (or purchased in CO Bigelow in Manhattan). I've started Duac (day 2), which has 5% BP. Will update you on the difference.
