Pros:

Leaves skin feeling smooth and works fast

Cons:

Small bottle

I just started using it. My acne has not cleared up yet but it feels better. My skin is smoother and it does not dry out my skin at all. I have combination skin and severe acne. Definitely try it. It really is not that expensive.

Pros:

Works amazingly. It's not very harsh, either. And yes, A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY :)

Cons:

Might irritate your skin if you have dry skin or sensitive skin.

Put this on your shopping list. It is inexpensive and helps get rid of those pimples that don't seem to want to go away. It might overdry your skin if you put it on all the time, so you might want to just start at night.

Pros:

-very effective
-non-irritating
-doesn't dry the skin

Cons:

-small tube for such a high price

It works. It is expensive, but that's what you will have to pay for something that works. I found that this product doesn't burn or irritate my skin nearly as much as the Benzoyl Peroxide did. It is effective, however must be used religiously. If you apply the treatment every night it should clear your skin within a few weeks.

Pros:

This stuff works. Cleared my acne, almost 90% clear now.

Cons:

dries out skin, burns if you perspire even a bit.

I didn't see results until about a month after using. Also, I started out using it in combination with Clindamycin. I would apply the Clindamycin layer first then the One the Spot treatment. After two weeks my skin was so dry, felt like it would crack! I never bothered with moisturizer though because I'm terrified of clogged pores. Instead I just exfoliated as needed to get rid of flakes. I eventually removed the Clindamycin because I hear you become resistant eventually and just continued with this alone. Be patient and consistent - this stuff works.

Pros:

slightly reduced the pimples in which I put them on. Is VANISHING so you can wear it in the daytime if you'd like. Feels like it is working

Cons:

I bit runny, feels like you are using too much
drying and if used over too large of an area makes your face red and irritated. itchy. smells like a normal disgusting acne treatment

don't wear under thick makeup...can get flaky. not worth it...there are way better things

Pros:

gets rid of pimples quick

Cons:

CREATES LARGE, DARK POST INFLAMMATORY HYPERPIGMENTATION SPOTS (aka dark spots)!!!

After reading some of the great reviews about Neutrogena On the Spot on acne.org, I decided to purchase one from my local rite aid. I applied it before I went to bed, and woke up with the pimples having gone down quite a bit. But to my dismay, I also saw HUGE, VERY visible brown spots exactly at the place where I had applied this cream!!! It does get rid of emerging acne, but in exchange for that, I got these brown spots as if someone drew it on me with a brown permanent marker!!! Bottom line: I would return this if I would, and highly regret using it (since now, I'm stuck with trying to get rid of dark spots- which take months to go away, not days/weeks in the case of some acne). Usually, I don't write reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know my experience so it doesn't happen to them.

Pros:

Good at drying out smallish bumps.

Cons:

Very drying and didn't stop a new fairly big bump from forming during daily use. WTF?

I followed the regimen. I wash with Cetaphil and sometimes Salicylic Ice Wash, then use the on-the-spot and use Olay Complete moisturizer trying to imitate the videos but I still flaked like crazy. During the regimen a new bump formed. It's really good are removing the top layer of skin. Pretty good at drying out existing pimples. Awful at stopping new ones from forming.

Pros:

Works,kinda

Cons:

Drying,I developped allergy to it initially, but I guess I was using too much. Seems less effective over time.

I used to have clear skin all my life, but developed huge cystic zits two years ago,all of a sudden. I thought they would clear up by themselves and focused on changing my diet,it worked a bit.My diet was very low in vitamin D and calcium,so I started to drink milk and it helped to keep the zits under control. But since the beginning of this year my acne have become a nightmare.I searched the internet, found Dan's site and started to follow the regimen. Initially I applied Neutrogena BP,it worked, but it made my skin look burnt. It was so red,so irritated,I had to take anti histamines to reduce the itching. I stopped using it.Neutrogena products don't agree with my skin, which is on the oily side. I started Murad and along with murad products I used BP again.Murad's skin perfecting lotion is so good,it takes care of the drying part.I am happy with the result. This week ,for some reason my acne has gotten worse. I have heard that acne gets worse before it gets better.I sincerely hope so.
