So bad
I HATE IT! I bought this product on a Saturday. I was originally looking for clean and clear's dual action moisturizer but only step 1 from the 3 package deal, unfortunately the Walgreens I went to didn't have that product and I was really in need of a face wash. As I was looking on the shelves I came across this product and I thought it looked and had the same products as the one I originally went to the store for. After I got home I used the product, it felt very drying but I put on mosturizer so I thought every thing was ok. The next day me and my mom saw a big difference in my dark spot, they had gotten lighter (reminder that I used other products when I used it for the first time) so atp I was excited to see my skin clear up and for it to work fast. A couple of days into it and every thing was going fine but I did notice a dark circle was starting to form around my mouth and when I would use the product it would burn very bad. Now I am writing this not even a week into the product here with this review. This has literally dried my my entire face up and has made it flaky and irritated, especially around my mouth. Today is Wednesday now and I'm nearly on the verge of tears because of how much my skin is irritating me, I can't even use makeup to cover the dark spots this product has created on my face because my skin gets to flaky for it to last through a whole school day. I really wish I would've just stick to my daily regimen because now this product might ruin my face forever. I would recommend this to no one unless you want your face to peel off!

Me and my brother has both had the same problem with this product. I can't even put make up on or anything. I'm literally missing school right now because of how puffy and painful my face is, the only thing that's been helping is like emu oil

It's Okay
I used this stuff for my oily skin. It worked fine. But, I've been using it for a week and it's making my skin dry out, peel and itch. I wouldn't reccomend this. It's bad for your skin I believe

Don't even think about buying this.
Okay so I bought this on a saturday at Walmart in the travel section cause I just wanted to try a new cleanser. I DON'T have sensitive skin and its pretty normal (not dry not oily), and I don't have acne either but i do break out on my forehead a lot. So i washed my face with this before I did my makeup and everything was fine except it was little drier than usual so I put a lot of moisturizer on. That day everything was fine until the next morning. I woke up and my eyes were swollen and my face was burning and really itchy! At first I didn't know what was going on but later I realized it was this. I did my makeup for the day and it was soo blotchy and dry looking it looked terrible (even my mom said so lol) So all day my face was itching under the makeup. When i took my makeup off (with my aveeno cleanser) I had these tiny bumps all over my face! That next morning i woke up again and my eyes (mostly my right eye) was swollen again! Its thursday & my face is finally almost back to normal. This product ruined my whole week. DO NOT BUY IT! There are some good reviews but i wouldn't take the risk.

Avoid using this product
I used this product for 3 days washing my face in the morning and once in the afternoon. Normally my skin is extremely oily and have very bad acne scars for the 1 st day my skin felt amazing and looked amazing and continued that morning but when I used it the 3 rd day my skin was so dry and flakey it is sore and feels like it has been sunburned i don't have sensitive skin but this has destroyed my skin and has left me with a red face . Avoid this product at all costs !

Do NOT buy this product!
When I bought this product, I had used it a few times and my skin felt nice; no drying, no itchiness, nothing bad. I then got a small rash around my mouth area - thinking it was the toner or face scrub I used twice every week, I quit using those two products and did not use the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash for a while. Graduation came around and I had used it that morning; again no dryness or itchiness that day. I woke up the next day (on my birthday) and it looked like I had took a hot hair straightener to the forehead, nose bridge and close to my mouth. This product literally burned my face. I do not recommend this to anyone out there, especially if you have very sensitive skin. I only gave it one star because you have to, but if I didn't, I would have put 0. I am in extreme pain because of this product.

Pros:

Helps clear acne slightly.
Smells good.

Cons:

Dries out and chaps skin.
Makes skin feel tight after applied.
Makes skin itch.

When I first got this product, I liked it. I thought it smelled very fresh, it felt like it was working at first. However, it made my face feel very tight after I used it. After about a week, my skin started to dry out and chap. It was also very itchy. It helped clear the acne slightly, but it's still there. So I wouldn't recommend this.

Pros:

-Takes care of heavily affected areas

-Does not leave a shiny or oily appearance

Cons:

-Can dry out, not often for me

-If not used consistently, acne will usually re-appear

I use this acne cleanser 1-2 times a day. It almost fully cleared my toughest acne spots. I also used the spot treatment from Neurtrogena along with this acne wash. I also noticed if you use this acne wash right after a shower, the results may be better.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Dries out skin
Causes irritation
caused rash

This is by far the worst product I have ever tried. I didn't have acne at all and just wanted a cleanser, used this and literally in 30 seconds more than 20 red bumps popped up on my left cheek. I was devastated. I don't wear makeup so this really pissed me off. I use cerave hydrating cleanser, it is soft and great. No irritation! Recommend that 100%!!
