Pros:

-leaves skin smooth
-skin feels clean
-drys skin (which is good if you are oily)

Cons:

-The salicylic acid in this product hurts the corners of my mouth. I have to avoid this area when cleansing.

I initially broke out a few years ago and got everything completely under control with dan's regimen. about a year ago I started breaking out again on my cheeks. I think my hormones are fluctuating but nevertheless i decided to look into salicylic acid products to really clean my pores. I started using this as a cleanser instead of dan's cleanser day and night and paulas choice 2% BHA lotion every night. My skin looks more radiant due to all the exfoliation and I have not broken out since starting. I recommend this product if you want to help unclog pores and have skin that is naturally not dry. good luck!

Pros:

Really does clear out acne, and leaves face feeling fresh and clean.

Cons:

Leaves skin a bit dry. Make sure you use with a mousturizer.

Works great! Just get a moisturizer to use along with it. Don't need to use it twice a day if your acne is light.

Pros:

This works realllyy well! I've been using it for about about 3 or four months and my face has really cleared up. It doesn't give your face an obvious shine, but it will make skin look naturally soft and clear. Read the Botton Line section!!

Cons:

It doesn't work over night. You should use it consistently for about a week before it really starts to work.

Some people say this dries your skin out. If you use it right, it WILL work. Don't use with hot water!! Before using the cleanser, message your face alone under cold water (its very refreshing!). Then rub a squirt of the cleanser on your face for about a minute. Rinse thoroughly after (still using cold water). Do this AT LEAST once a day no matter how tired you are! It will work!

Pros:

Reduces oiliness, shrinks pimples

Cons:

None

My dermatoligist [sp?] recomended this for my oiliness and it definitley works well. My face isn't very oily at all anymore. It doesn't dry out my face and it's pretty compatible with my face medicine.

Pros:

Prevents new breakouts, Treats existing breakouts, soothes and cleanses the face.

Cons:

overdries the skin, may be too harsh on the first try.

I have been using this for several monthes now, it has done nothing but take care of my zits! sure, there's a dryness that comes with it, but what the heck? no pain no gain as they say! and if you want clear skin then you gotta accept the dry skin, since it's known that (oil = acne) so yeah! (no oil = no acne). HOW TO USE: Do this carefully if you wanna see actual results... 1: Wet face and neck with water 2: Apply 1 (or two) pump into went hands and lather. 3: Massage face and neck with lather, gently. 4: Keep it on face for a minute atleast (you can actually feel the cleanser penetrating deep into pores) 5: Wash cleanser away (again gently) 6: Pat dry with a soft clean towel.

Pros:

takes care of oil, cleans skin nicely, helps with small breakouts

Cons:

it's smell is not so great, it might dry out your skin too much

Well I actually bought the Walgreen's brand but it has the exact same ingredients. Anyway I think I will continue to use this because my skin is oily and over the few days that I have used it reduced the size of my pimples, I use it twice a day with Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Toner and I think it works great and I will continue to use it.

Pros:

Noticeably reduces acne, helps fade old spots

Cons:

Very drying, made my skin feel rough

This product definitely took care of my acne - I used to always have 1 or 2 zits on my face but now I have none. It is very drying, but nothing a good moisturizer can't take care of. The only real negative thing about it is that it made the skin on my cheeks feel a bit rough. I don't know what that's about but it's probably because I have sensitive skin. Overall I think it's a good product.
