Pros:

Makes skin soft.

Cons:

Makes acne worse, really expensive, sun sensitivity.

Obagi NuDerm with retin-A made my acne worse than it had ever been before. I stuck it out past what the doctors called the purging period (6-8 weeks) and the pimples just kept rearing their ugly heads. My skin was also so sensitive that when i washed it, sometimes the zits would start bleeding, so now i also have acne scars that i never had before. I went on this stuff so my face would be flawless before my wedding, but it turns out it made my face so much worse than it had ever been before. I'm back on proactiv and my face looks considerably better, but now i have to wait out weeks, possibly months for the red dots to go away. i just hope i can get rid of them before my wedding. also, sun sensitivity is horrible. if u love to be outdoors, hiking, cycling, surfing, snowboarding, whatever... this stuff is not for you, i learned that the hard way.

Pros:

Worked in less than 3 weeks! Obagi Clenziderm not Obagi Nu-Derm. Lightened scars, less breakout, acne dries faster. Affordable and last!

Cons:

Your face will be dried and red for a couple of days. Makeup can eliminate the redness.

I love this product. It worked so fast and the result are soo great. I use to wear heavy makeup to cover my imperfection, but after 1 month of this product Im bearly putting any one! I'm seeing impovment everyday and so far I have alot of positive experience with this product. I think I found the product that I can stick with and know that it will work! If you want a product that will work at a decent price for acne usE OBAGI CLENZIDERM! I have used the Obaggi Nuderm before, It worked good, but the obagi acne line worked better when it comes to acne!

Pros:

This is the only thing that has worked for my hormonal acne.

Cons:

Extremely dry and flaky skin for the first month. Lots of peeling and redness. Sensitivity to the sun. DO NOT USE EXFODERM FORTE. IT CAUSED MY SKIN TO BREAK OUT MORE. I use all the products except Exfoderm.

This is the only program that has worked for my hormonal acne. I had beautiful clear skin all my life until I hit the age 22. I started getting cystic acne in my cheeks and my jawline as well as the side of the face right next to my eyes. I have tried EVERYTHING. Spent thousands of dollars for several years. Nothing cleared up my skin like Obagi Nu-Derm. However, you really have to stick with the program because for the first month your skin will get extremely worse. It's very uncomfortable as it causes excessive peeling and dryness. The acne gets even worse and you break out everywhere. But if you stick it through, you will start seeing results after one month. I stopped using Obagi Nu Derm after a 3 month program and had clear skin for another 1 year with maintenance. When I stopped using the products, I started breaking out severely again. Now I am back on the program along with Spironolactone and YAZ. Am starting to see results again.

Pros:

dries up acne thats under the skin very well.

Cons:

makes face very flakey, step 3 was VERY painful for me, and makes face very red.

Ive been battling with severe cycstic acne around my mouth area for about 6 months now, and this is the first thing ive used that keeps it dry. I took it for about 4 days straight, and then didnt take it for 2 days, and my skin stayed very dry. After my inital acne cleared I started taking it every 3 days, and it has been working great.
