Pros:

The products cleared my skin completely. I can go out without makeup on!!!! LOVE it.

Cons:

The bottles leak if taken in luggage on an airplaine.

The 3 step system costs about $100, but the supply lasts well over 3 months up to even 6 months!!!!!

Pros:

Overall better skin texture and tone

Cons:

Massive breakouts that I never had before. Oily feeling skin. To many steps - takes forever to complete the regiment.

After reading all of the reviews, I seem to be in the minority. I have been using Obagi NuDerm for almost 2 months and have not seen any improvement in my acne, in fact it has gotten worse. I have small white heads where I never had acne before (cheeks and jaw line) and the places that were problematic before are now covered with huge, red, painful pimples. The nurse that is counseling me said to stick with it - it gets worse before it gets better, but I don't know how much more I can take. I am going to give it one more month and see if there is any improvement. Another complaint of mine is this is a complicated time consuming system. It adds AT LEAST 5 minutes to my morning and nightly routine. For this price it should be a miracle worker and I am just not impressed!

Cons:

i can not see any improvements yet, albeit i have only been using the nu-derm for 3 weeks. i have lots of flaking redness and is very itchy!

Pros:

Smells great!! Leaves skin feeling verry smooth

Cons:

Price is outrageous

I only use the face wash and I only use it everyone in awhile. I love the smell and I love how my face feels baby soft afterwards. My skin has a tendency to get used to a product very fast and will stop it from working any longer for me. I will say though however I do find myself going back to this face wash more than any others.

Pros:

Smells good, cleans thoroughly, and works!

Cons:

It is a steep price, and is hard to get in my area (always sold out).

I am a teenager with mild acne, mainly black heads and white heads, and I finally found something that works. It is a bit harsh, but it works for my skin. I haven't had any peeling from this or bleeding, as others have described. This can also be due to the fact that I use the face wash with the Clarisonic brush. It helps the medication get into my pores and not just the layer of skin, which I think is many peoples problem. I am glad my parents were willing to buy something that was pricey but works. I also get microdermabrasions, and my skin has improved so much. Try this product if nothing else has worked and if you are willing to put in the time and patience. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat healthy also, it will help your skin.

Pros:

Easy to use

Cons:

expensive, takes a few weeks to get used to

I used the CLENZIDERM product for normal/oily skin was recommended by my regular dermatologist! My acne was moderately bad. Mostly prone to cystic bumps and whiteheads. I was religious w/ using the 3-step program. You really have to be patient to see if it will work for you. Personally, it worked great for me, it stopped the breakouts, but I still had random spots here and there and still with the blemishes. The products are very expensive...so that has been the major problem. I decided to tweak a few things and changed my diet completely. I now only use Cetaphil, step 2 & step 3, as I still have some left over and am eating much healthier. I realized you can't keep eating processed nasty food and expect to have your face clear as well. There are some lucky people out there that can handle eating the nasty fried/greasy food and still have clear skin, but many of us are not fortunate enough to have that. EAT HEALTHY! And keep up w/ your skin regimen and you'll see a huge diff

Pros:

My acne is gone and smooth skin tone and lighter scar, afforable

Cons:

lots of peeling in the begining, sensitive to sun

I have acne from late teen to 33. Obagi system is next best thing after acutaine. I use obagi clenziderm in the morning and obagi clear and tretion at night. I purchased the discount online store, [link removed] and only cost me $90 per clenziderm set at the first time and $70 afer I join free memebership. I love the result.

Pros:

Lightes skin, gets rid of blemishes and acne, no more need for makeup

Cons:

Lots of peeling and redness in the beginning, expensive

Obagi Nuderm: This product should be used as a last resort because a) it's expensive and b) it takes a while. I recommend this for people who have "tried everything." If you have mild acne and blemishes, try something you can find at CVS like Neutragena. For people who complain that it makes your skin red and peely, that's exactly what it states on the box before you use it. That's to be expected for it to work. It makes your skin peel then lightens your skin underneath and smooths it out.
