Cons:
It is oily until it absorbs.
People have asked what I am doing different, and this is it! Even with using proactive, I had moderate acne. I have added jajoba oil and it is great!

Works well for me - but get good quality, 100% pure and organic
Make sure you get a high quality Organic one - many available on Amazon for really inexpensive prices ($9-$12). You want to ensure you aren't putting a bunch of chemicals on your skin or buy a cheap brand that mixes other oils in. This stuff works. I just use a small amount, about the size of a penny or few drops even, and I apply after I wash my face. I love this stuff. If you aren't convinced, do your own research on which types of oils are the most/least comedogenic (meaning how likely they are to clog up your pores). Coconut oil is NOT good for the acne prone. Organic Jojoba is a much better option. I got rid of all of my moisturizers. I'm going back to keeping it simple with my diet, hygiene, and overall general approach...and am definitely seeing a difference. Important note: I am also doing gluten free diet, which I'm certain is also helping the changes I'm seeing.

Pros:
moisturizes skin
no fragrance
can be expensive or hard to find
Cons:
oily texture when first applying
I like using Jojoba Oil during the winter when my skin is very dry due to cold windy weather. I apply is after i have washed my face and it feels so soothing on very dry and sensitive areas. I only use a little drop and it covers a lot of area on my face (cheeks, chin, forehead). The next day my skin looks refreshed, healthy, and has a 'dewy' like look. You can also use this product with a moisturizer for a luxurious hydrating moisture treatment. This is a good add on to your current regimen that is already working for you.

*Evens out skin
*Balances oil production
* Hydrates and nourishes your skin. Bonus: You could also use it on your hair and lips!!! :)

Pros:
Does make skin glow
Cons:
Forehead bumps
Redness
For me, it didn't work. That said, my skin was pretty damaged before I used jojoba oil. I was hoping it would gently moisturize my skin so that it could recover, but it either dried me out more or was so ineffective as a moisturizer that the cold winter dried my face out. I'm pretty sure it was the jojoba oil that was causing me problems because I was pretty clear using nothing but water to wash my face an using petroleum jelly at night to lock in moisture. I switched from the Vaseline to jojoba oil, and that's when I had issues. Try it, but test it first before going crazy

Pros:
great for makeup removal
inexpensive
Cons:
clogged my pores
While I do still use this for makeup removal followed by my regular cleanser (cetaphil), I stopped leaving this on my face as a moisturizer because it caused me to break out. I do also use it as an exfoliant if my skin is flaky: rub onto face an rub gently with wash cloth. But, I always wash my face with my regular cleanser afterwards to remove any jojoba oil residue.

Pros:
lighter than some oils/creams, organic / natural / vegan
Cons:
made me break out. Didn't seem to improve oiliness.
After persistently using this on my face 2-3 months, I had to admit it was breaking me out. No matter how little I used, even just a *drop* mixed with water, I'd get little new 'jojoba oil' zits all around my laugh lines--the oil must've settled there throughout the day, I guess. I usually don't get zits in that area. I'm still giving it a couple stars because it probably did improve my overall skin texture at least a tiny bit, and it's finr for (leg) shaving and for overall body moisturizer. but even in these capacities, organic EVOO and organic sunflower oil seem just as good if not better, so why splurge on the much more expensive jojoba oil? And for people who either have very mild acne or just acne scars (nothing active), this might be a nice light moisturizer. But for my very active red acne and my very, very easily-clogged skin....... just didn't work out. I've also tried raw shea butter and EVOO w/ no success. Oils aren't for me, maybe.
Pros:
It has worked wonders on my acne. My skin feels and looks much better! My hair has become much more managable.
