Pros:

Continuously clears skin of acne
Leaves skin smooth
Improves skin's texture

Cons:

Comes out of the bottle so friggin fast!

My skin was HORRENDOUS, and on the verge of a downward spiral. NOTHING was working! I went to the dermotologist several times, tried birth control, and different meds. This is what cleared my skin! I'm not 100% clear yet but i've seen such a dramatic improvement without any purging in a short time! This is a miracle for me!

Pros:

very gentle
no adverse reactions

Cons:

none!

This stuff is AMAZING! I have spent a LOT of money on acne products, and this one little, all natural miracle has helped dramatically slow my oil production (and I have very oily skin!), and it has also reduced redness. It's amazing how little is needed to moisturize my very dry skin, and it is not at all greasy feeling...but then again it's not truly an 'oil' either.

Pros:

feels nurturing, improved the texture of my skin

Cons:

makes face shiny but it works well enough to where you can just use it at night and still notice improvement

this is my third day of using jojoba oil, noticably less breakouts since starting, and my skin feels very healthy when i put it on (four drops, undiluted, once or twice a day all over face and neck). i think this will really do wonders for me based on how well it's worked so far. anyone who says it made them break out horribly already had those problems in their skin and the jojoba was just expelling them quicker, theyd have come out anyways so you might as well get it over with. though i suppose you could be allergic. anyways, i cant wait to have my face back.

Pros:

Really is awesome stuff for acne/ combination skin. I use it with proactive regiment and it makes a big difference. (Mix with oil free moisturizer.)

Cons:

None! Compared to various formulations and products, this natural alternative is superior. And, 5 months of twice daily use, my $7.50 investment is still not empty.

If you have acne it's worth a shot. Not helpful to my husband who has eczema.

Pros:

Makes skin less oily. Clears out pores. Inexpensive. No sent. calms skin. Excellent moisturizer.

Cons:

Hard to dispense from bottle.

I have had acne since I was 11 years old, and everything that I have used has either been just a temporary fix, or made things worse. But since I have been using Jojoba oil for about 2 months I can honestly say that my skin has not looked this good in over 4 years, and that was when I was using acutaine. I have very sensitive skin that is alergic to just about everything. Salacilic acid, bp, all cleansers with sodium Laural sulfate, etc. So I switched to all natural products and it has been like night and day. I atribute much of the change to Jojoba oil. It isnt an oil, it is a wax ester that mimics the oil in your skin and tricks your skin into thinking that it has made enough oil, so it doesnt make as much. Thus, less acne. Here is what has changed my life: 1)wash: all natural face wash, 2)tone: witch hazel 3)moisturize: aloe (pure)mixed with 2-3 drops J oil 4)exfoliate: 2-3x a week baking soda mixed with raw honey (rub GENTLY) 5)spot treat: Tea Tree oil. It will work!

Pros:

IT WORKS!

Cons:

Embarrassing initial breakout the first week or two.

First of all, I would like to thank Lissa from Atlanta for posting her daily regimen!! I've been using Everyday minerals make-up + Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque + Jojoba Oil = no new pimples!! This is the first time in a loooooong time where I don't have to constantly run to the mirror to blot my face and cover pimples or acne marks. I had mild to moderate acne with no scarring but some red marks. After reading an amazing article in a magazine called ADBUSTERS about the harmful ingredients in cosmestics and beauty products, a more natural skin regimen was the only way to go.

Very oily and it gave me ten cystic pimples under my chin after using it as a moisturizer one night.

This stuff is very comedogenic for me.

Pros:

jojoba Oil blocks excess Sebum entering the top layer of the skin. It tricks the skin thinking is hydrated!!!

Cons:

Can get too greasy!!!

Models bible guide to Best Benefit to Jojoba Oil- Use warm (not Hot) Flannel to open pores. Then Rub a little Oil to skin for 2 mins. Then rinse with cold ( Not ice cold). Pat dry with Facail tissue.

Pros:

Jojoba Oil feels nice on the skin and it last a long time.

I mix a little of the Jojoba with cetaphil lotion in a jar. After applying the benzoyl peroxide step, the oil and lotion mixture is applied. I tap it on with my fingertip. Then my face does not feel so tight. It does not make my face more oily nor prone to worse breakouts. Now instead of just trying to "attack" bad skin with a drying agent and then having flaky skin on top of it, well, this makes my skin nice and soft, more glowing looking and healthly. prettier !

Pros:

-Bottle lasts a long time.
-Moisturizes well.
-Cleared up 98% of my acne.

Cons:

-Using too much results in a shiny complexion and a "greasy" appearance.

There is not a better moisturizer out there. What I do is after I shower or wash up, I let my face air dry for just a minute or so, then I apply about 2-3 drops onto my fingertip and rub my fingers together lightly. Then, I gently apply it all over my face. This will keep you moisturized year round!
