Pros:

Can't really think of any.

Cons:

Made my face red
Small bumps
Over-hyped and expensive

I think there is way too much hype over Jojoba oil right now. I've consistently used it for several weeks hoping that it will do the wonders as other reviewers have claimed. The only thing it did was making my face red with small bumps all over the place. I'm sure it's safe to use on your face but I personally haven't reaped any benefits that I would not have from your average moisturizer. I don't see any reason to add this anyone's regimen. Just use a gentle cleanser, plenty of Dan's BP and a moisturizer of your choice. Do not waste your money. Just another over-hyped product on the shelf to ask for the consumers' monies. Thumbs up if you found this review helpful!

Pros:

Cheap, natural, soothing, light.

Cons:

The bottle is a bit of a pain.

I have been using this for about three weeks now. I just add a drop or two to my Johnson's Baby Lotion - the only moisturizer that doesn't irritate my skin - in the morning and at night. I exfoliate using epsom salt with makes my skin so smooth and then replenish moisture using jojoba oil. I think castor works better than jojoba for cleansing while jojoba is a no contest winner for moisturizer. I have not moisturized my face on a daily basis in forever because the moisturizers tend to make me too greasy. Jojoba doesn't do that at all. I can't believe I actually use this twice a day everyday!

Pros:

Softens and moisturizes skin without clogging pores, helps to clear skin

Cons:

Very oily residue and can only be used at night

I really like this stuff. I don't think that it can be used alone to cure acne, but when it is used with the regimen it is very effective.

Pros:

It leaves my skin really soft and moisturizes it really well. I like to use it on dry patches on my face, especially around my nose and mouth.

Cons:

I wish that not so much product came out through the top. It should come in a container that allows for the oil to come out drop by drop.

Its a great moisturizing product that leaves your skin nice and supple. It doesn't break me out at all either. In fact, I think its helped to clear some of the blackheads that I had on my nose.

Pros:

appeared good for skin.

Cons:

my 20 months old daughter who is allergic developed swolen eyes just by putting her hands on her eyes after touching jojoba oil. It gave serious swelling underneath both the eyes.

be careful in its use if your child is allergic to enviroment.

Pros:

it moisturizes dry hair, adds shine, plus helps the overall health of the condition of your hair.

I rub jojoba oil every other day on the ends of my hair to maintain the ends of my hair by keeping them conditioned. I also like the way the jojoba oil makes my scalp tingle when I put the oil on my ends. only one or two drops rub it in your palms first. do that for the back then one or two drops for the side then so on.

Pros:

It's all natural and seems to work for SOME people.

Cons:

VERY oily, never soaks in, just stays on top of my skin forever and never goes away. I have a nasty oily feeling until I wash it off.

I don't understand why everyone is saying it makes you "dry" or that it "dries matte". I really didn't do that for me. It did what I expected PURE OIL to do on my skin....sit there and make it greasy. Just like I put olive oil on my skin or something.

Pros:

its ok to use on your body.

Cons:

clogged my pores (NO i didnt use too much, 2-3 drops after cleansing my face) and didnt help with redness at all

wow with how many people had success, I thought it'd help fade red marks from accutane.. I was damn wrong. Not only did it seem to clog my pores, but it DIDNT even help with red marks. Aveeno ultra calming moisturizer did a waaaay better job with redness.

Pros:

doesn't feel oily, smells good

Cons:

the bottle. when u use the squeezy top too much comes out.

I have very oily/acne prone skin. i've tried proactive, acnefree, diff benzoly peroxide, spot creams, u name it. everything would work for a while only to get worse later. HOWEVER, jojoba is the best thing ive come across. i bought it from wholefoods and have been using it for over 3 weeks now. the first day i noticed that my face was already soft, it just felt great. just make sure u dont use too much. i open the bottle top and have my palm against it so that too much wont come out. the first week i noticed that i broke out a lot on my chin but then by the end of the second week i noticed a dramatic change. even my old red spots are starting to go away and ive never had my face this clear. i use it twice a day after i wash my face (mornin n night). it goes well under make up and i dont use any other moisturizer, excpet sunblock when going outside. my face is also NOT that oily anymore. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. +++++++++

Pros:

it's amazing.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEAAASSEEE stop everything you use on your face and just purchase jojoba oil. It works incredibly and it makes your skin F-L-A-W-L-E-S-S. Just make sure everyhing you put INTO your body is healthy..veggies and fruits.. WATER WATER WATER.. and then only apply Jojoba oil on your face. You want to look your best and have a dewy, toned, flawless face? Jojoba Oil is your answer (and of course a healthy diet!)! Actually, to be honest with you, your answer to perfect skin is using natural products, and that's what this is.
