Pros:

Simply the best. If U are an active man and always irritated by acne and breakouts, jojoba oil is for U. Bye Bye acne, blackheads, whiteheads, breakouts, wrinkles, ichy skin and enjoy your life! Jojoba Oil really protects and maintains your skin.

Cons:

A little shiny if U use too much on your skin but none will realize, hehe. That creates different!

I bought 5 bottles of desert essence 4 oz and use for 2 weeks until now. After wash my face gently with my cleanser, don't wash Ur face so long, i apply very thin layer of jojoba oil on my face and rub. It works like a miracle. I am not afraid of acne anymore. Use it at everytime of the day as U want. I also use it at night.Fade dark spots and scars too. My eyebrows become beautiful from this as they thicken and lengthen. A 4 oz bottle lasts a lifetime. I Still have 4 bottles left. Love it! I can't imagine my "a day" without jojoba oil. Don't extinct, my love!

Pros:

Heals acne and red marks fast, and prevents acne. Not only that, but my skin looks and feels healthier and my shave is better the next morning.

Cons:

Very greasy- use only at night

I like to mix it with moisturizer like Dan suggests. This stuff is great. It is a great compliment to the regimen- so much that I think Dan should add this as a mandatory step ;)

Pros:

I absolutely love this stuff and use it daily. It makes all skin redness (rosacea, eczema, general sensitive skin) calm down, and seems to make my skin less oily overall.

Cons:

Because it's oily, it's better to use at bedtime only.

Love it. I apply directly to red areas first, then mix 50/50 with my regular moisturizer. My skin is calmer, less redness, less oily and is pleasantly soft in the morning. The bottle will last forever.

Pros:

In combination with other oils, this is a miracule cure for redness around the nose and cheeks

Cons:

Overnight only, leaves a bit of a sheen so can't really go out with it slopped on.

I have made a mixture of 50% jojoba oil, 40% vitamin E, >9% olive oil and <1% tea tree oil, and use it to control nasty painful dryiness I get around my nose and cheeks. I also have pimples around the forhead and jawline, but this combination does not cause me to break out in the areas where I apply it. It has reduced my recovery time for the redness from days to hours. Fantastic. I have NOT tried using in my acne prone areas.

Pros:

I guess it's hydrating although I didn't notice a huge improvements in my skin

Cons:

I believe this broke me out terribly and did not improve the look or texture of my skin. It made it worse!

I tried this because I've heard so much positive about it, but I don't have any positive results. I simply can't use it. I used it, broke out, stopped using it, when my skin got a little better, I tried it again and I broke out again. I can't be sure this was the cause, but I've had only BAD experiences with this and it doesn't seem to make my dry skin look any better either??? It's baffling. I even used organic, but no luck. I'm done with it. Oh, and it's expensive!!!

jojoba worked on my oil/acne prone skin. best cleanser.

Pros:

moisturizing
inexpensive
gentle on skin

Cons:

washing once a day may not be feasible for make up wearers
messy

I used proactive at the sight on one pimple around age 15. That was the catalyst for terrible skin because after proactive my skin began to break out terribly. I continued using proactive and other very expensive derm procedures which did improve my skin but caused it to be extremely sensitive. Anytime my skin would be 100% great I would stop using proactive and just wash my skin with a benzoyl peroxide non abrasive cleanser like clean and clear (I didnt want to damage my skin with proactive because from what I've read is a very harsh and unhealthy product nor did i want to be forever dependent upon proactive). this would cause huge breakouts in my skin. I did this several times in those ten years and each time it was the same result. Tten years later (at my current age 25) I decided to commit to getting off proactive permanently. my skin was terrible for the first 4 months partly due to my inconsistent use of many diff products. i committed to a combination of the regimen with gentle and chemical free origins cleanser + benzoyl peroxide alternating with retina. My skin has seen improvement but breakouts are still occurring especially in my forehead (I never broke out here in the ten years on proactive). Recently, i decided to use an even more gentle cleaner, jojoba oil. I also began washing my face only once a day (something I've never done in the past 10 years). I immediatelyi saw a huge difference in my skin. it was soft, the acne that was present was minimized by the second day and my skin continued to look healthy around the blemishes.I also did not break out. so far so good. eventually id like to eliminate the bp and just stick with tretinoin every other night. we'll see...

Have you had any luck with stopping proactive and not breaking out severely afterwards? I too am I long time proactive user, and my skin is completely addicted to the stuff. I tried stopping proactive once and my face broke out severely. When I went back on proactive, it help clear my acne, but I was left with a lot of acne scars that just don't seem to be healing. But I'm really trying to stop proactive and start a new, gentle regimen without breaking out

Pros:

Neutral
Doesn't evaporate, will always stay on
Highly moistening
Works very well

Cons:

Too much makes the skin shiny

Jojoba oil to me is like, something I can put on my skin that will not break me out, and will always mousturize my skin, it's like a back up cure all dryness oil. It makes the acne.org mousterizer sink into my skin better and not being so 'yellow'

Pros:

Everything!
Great moisturizer
Good for everything!

Cons:

NONE!

This is a great item to add to your beauty regime! It's inexpensive and can be used for everything. I add a little to my Purpose face cream/sunscreen every morning and it feels wonderful. I also use it at night if my face is feeling dry. You do have to regulate it because it can get really greasy if you use too much.
