Honey Face Mask is the BOMB
I have a very sensitive skin and Dan Kern's products are the only products in the market claiming to cure acne that really did its job. After 5 months of using DK's products, I started adding new products on my skin care routine and finding alternatives for some. I am currently using baby products, as they are very mild for the skin, and natural products. I incorporated honey 7 days ago in my routine and within a week of using it - my bumps, redness left by healed acne, rough texture, and ugly-looking "milia" were gone. I put honey on my face for 20 minutes then wash it off. Here is my current skin care routine: 1) Make Up Remover - Johnson's Baby Oil, 2) Cleanser - Johnson's Baby Top To Toe, 3) Scrub - Sugar + Lemon (every other night), 4) Mask - Honey, 5) Toner - Apple Cider Vinegar by Braggs, 6) Treatment - DK's Benzoyl Peroxide, 7) Moisturizer - Aloe Vera Gel by Nature Republic (summer) and Cetaphil (rainy/cold days). I will use serums and oils from The Ordinary soon. I'm still enjoying the honey stage. You will never go wrong with light and natural products, trust me.

Pros:

Smells and tastes GREAT! My skin had this glow and felt really smooth after washing it off. It's antibiotic (that's why it never spoils), and it's moisturizing! It can't really harm you from what I've heard.

Cons:

If you don't mind it being sticky and drippy, then there are none!

Just make sure that this doesn't get in your hair, but it doesn't matter if you're going to shower it off anyway.

Some people wear it overnight, but I usually use it right before I shower. Just squeeze some honey out, and spread it all over your face! After about 15-20 minutes, I wash it off in the shower. After looking at my face I noticed that it had this glow to it, and felt so smooth. You should definitely give it a try! :D Another suggestion: I heard from somewhere that honey and banana together makes a great mask, so if you want go ahead and try that :)

Pros:

Makes your skin really soft, and takes the redness out, and I see alot less ance.

Cons:

NONE!

I think honey is one of the best things you can put on your face. I mix it with just a little, I mean alittle bit of water, warm it up for like two seconds in the microwave and then put it on my freshly clean face at night. The water evaporates leaving the honey less sticky. And I recommend you sleep in it. And it is really easy to wash off. Of course it wont work alone. You shouldnt just use all those vitamins and minerals on your face but in your body. I take Vitamin A, B,C and Omega-3. And if you have really dry skin instead of water you can use olive oil one day out of the week. Just alittle now. It wont clog your pores and will hydrate your skin amazingly!

Pros:

Smells great, tastes good, nontoxic, natural

Cons:

very sticky, drippy, and messy

I mixed about 1.5 tablespoons of honey in a bowl with some cinnamon (enough to turn it brown and make it smell like cinnamon) and microwaved it for 5 seconds. Then I mixed in some cold water to make it spreadable. I put the mixture all over my face and left it for 45 minutes. I've only done this one day so far so I don't know how well it works, but it made my skin softer right away and took some of the redness out of my face.

Pros:

afordable, skin glows

Cons:

I was reading your comments and just tried it. My skin feels very soft and it glowed instantly. I used cinnamon and honey as a mask and applied the same mask on the spots and placed a bandaid.

Pros:

Calmed skin reduced inflamation and masked scars

Cons:

A little flaky

I mixed honey with lemon juice. After putting a hot compress on my face I popped a couple of whiteheads and applied the mask I waited about an hour and washed it off my skin looks better already It was red and inflammed all day long that's the only reason why I decided to pop them. I have been using plain honey overnight with less results than just this 1 hour. It's great my scars are almost unnoticable.
