Pros:

Smells nice, tastes nice, and works! :)

Cons:

Messy, I couldn't find a place to use it, its better to use in the shower.

I looked at all these reviews, and I realized that the one person who didn't recommend it had the cheapest honey, so based on this thought, I bought some nice honey, and it worked! Its better to get more expensive honey than to buy cheap honey. If your planning on buying cheap honey, don't, its useless.

Pros:

Reduces reddness, smells great, cheap, makes skin soft immediately, easy to use, okay for sensitive skin, IT'S NATURAL

Cons:

it can get a little messy

I've been using it for about a week, and my skin is already clearing up (even more amazingly, it's starting to clear up a week before "that time of the month", which is when my acne gets way worse. Even after the first use, I noticed that my skin was softer, and the pimples weren't as red. I usually put it on for about an hour then rinse it off before I go to sleep. I have sensitive skin, and using honey has not made my skin flake. I would definately give this a try.

Pros:

-lightens scars
-kills bacteria
-reduces swelling in infected acne
-moisturizes skin
-holistic & natural, which is better than foreign chemicals

Cons:

-I personally hate the smell of honey! (LOL)
-It can be a mess (I just put my hair in a ponytail and use hairspray to pull back fly-aways and baby hairs)
-lightens skin (if you have a tan, beware! lol)

I introduced myself to the 'honey mask' in a gas station! In the gas station they provide many things to put in your coffee/tea, including ~Sugar in the Raw, HONEY, and lemon juice~ and I decided to take a couple and mix them together when I got home. I left the mask of for a half-hour, and when I took it off I was surprised at the reduced swelling! BOTTOM LINE- this won't work for everyone, because it depends on the PH balance in your skin. If you have sensitive skin, the lemon juice probably isn't for you, but the honey is perfectly fine. Try it, anyways, and see how it works!

Pros:

Leaves skin moisturised
Very gentle for dry skin
Natural, no toxic chemicals
Brightens skin
Fades hyperpigmentation
Reduces papules
Brings active spots to a head quickly
Incredibly effective at making popped spots and scabs heal fast
Completely prevents newly popped spots scabbing over

Cons:

Very sticky and messy

I have a hard time finding acne treatments because I have very dry skin, and all the chemical treatments I tried (including Clean&Clear and metronidazole) just dried it out further and made my skin horribly flaky and dull. Because of this I switched to a 100% natural skincare regime using raw honey every day as a mask for an hour or two in the evenings, and my skin has improved /so/ much. The honey has completely cleared up the patches of flaky skin and leaves it soft and glowing, which is the main benefit I've found. As far as the acne goes, it works, but not spectacularly. It isn't a miracle treatment and it won't make spots vanish before your eyes, but it will help bring down those tiny little acne bumps and bring any deeper spots you have to the surface. What really surprises me is that it seems to be an amazing healer! On occasions when I've been stupid and tried to pop spots that don't want to come out, creating abrasions that would normally leave a big scab on my face for a week or so... putting honey on it immediately makes it heal up literally overnight. It nearly always prevents scabbing altogether, just leaving a clean pink mark that's easy to hide with a dab of concealer. And it will hugely speed up the healing process for ones that have already scabbed over, too.

Pros:

Made my big pimples smaller.
Made skin softer.
Non irritating.
Smells good and taste good.

Cons:

Can be a bit sticky and messy. (Buts that's a small price to pay for clearer skin)

Well everyone says you have to use raw honey for this and you do/should since it will have all its healing properties. Honey worked pretty well for me. There are so many ways you can use honey to help clear your skin, but I just put it on my big pimples and watch them get smaller.

Pros:

- makes your skin feel very soft
- moisturizes your skin
- helps to reduce redness
- when used with yogurt made skin look much less irritated and more refreshed

Cons:

- sticky and at bit messy
- didnt clear pimples (not sure if it was suppose to)
- can't really sleep with overnight, but good for before you shower or go to bed

I saw reviews for this and decided to try it. The first time I just put it on my chin area and put it on by itself and it did help reduce redness and moisturized but was very sticky and felt kinda gross. So I decided to mix it with plain yogurt and it felt much nicer and I decided to put it on my WHOLE face. Wow after my skin looked so fresh and redness was reduced alot! Basically use yogurt with it, it works better and feels nicer :)

Pros:

smells good
my face feels like baby skin
taste good
my face looks brighter

Cons:

a little sticky, cant wear it to bed.

so ive only been using this for a few days.. but my skin looked so much better after just the first use! i used regular honey from the grocery store... it itched like crazy and made my face a lil red. but my skin still looked good. then i read on here that i should be using raw honey.. so i went and got some. it doesnt itch anymore! it feels great. i dont heat it up, just rub it on my face and the heat from your skin will melt it. i wear it for about an hour while watching tv or reading at night. then rinse off, tone, moisturize. ill post in a week and let you know how its going:)

raw honey
I love this stuff. it makes skin so soft and smooth and helps with scarring. I do a mask once a week and leave on for about 30-45 minutes. it really has made a huge difference in my complexion. Make sure you get raw honey!

like it
This is the best thing for my sensitive skin. I've been using raw honey as a cleanser/mask. i wet my face and then i rub the honey into my skin and let it sit for like 5-15 minutes and then i wash it off. actually i use it as a spot treatment too 😍 it seems like it gets rid of the pimple just not the cysts. but overall i like it
