Pros:

I use manuka honey; I read about it in a magazine and checked it out online and I think it works great. It costs a little more than regular store-bought honey but think it's worth it.

Cons:

Gets kinda runny on the skin during the summertime because of the heat, but I deal with it just fine :)

TRY IT!!!

Pros:

It works, natural, cheap

Cons:

Haven't seen any

I have had acne for over 20 years, with no relief, and it got worse due to a thyroid problem I have. I used the honey mask last night, left in on for about two hours, and the next morning all of the small acne bumps on my face were gone. I mean this is just one day, I can't wait to see what happens with continued use. I am so excited, my skin is smooth. I used 3 teaspoons of raw honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, I had some left over but will use that tonight.

I LOVE honey! It works like a charm to help clear up redness and whiteheads. I wouldn't say that it prevents break-outs, but yes, for me it treats acne. It also gets my skin smooth.

Pros:

Smells sweet

Cons:

Other than it's sticky, nothing.

I just used honey for the first time today and I looked in the mirror to find that my acne isn't as red as it was earlier in the day and that my skin is softer and smoother!

Pros:

It makes your acne go away faster than most expensive acne products and it makes your skin feel very soft.

Cons:

Its sticky, and it can drip if you apply too much.

It is more effective than face masks and top brand acne products, it is also alot less expensive, because it costs about $5 for a bottle that lasts quite awhile as compared to a bottle of name brand face wash that costs $8-$25 that lasts for a couple weeks. Make sure to use the raw honey.
