don't take if you're anemic!!
So I started taking green tea extract supplements and drinking green matcha tea. I did get more energy and I think my boobs grew slightly and I lost about 5lbs in 2 weeks (woo!). BUT no effect on my skin and the second week I started getting dizzy randomly especially when I worked out. I am super anemic and very active so it could be a rare side effect but I Googled it and green tea is actually bad for people with anemia as it prohibits iron circulation. They call it "sleepy blood". Sounds weird but its a real thing and I thought I'd let you all know in case anyone is experiencing the side effect and doesn't know what it's from. Good luck! And don't forget- you're beautiful :)

All tea is bad for anemia because it inhibits iron absorption. From the studies I looked at it appears to be okay to drink tea as an anemic as long as you don't drink within an hour (before or after) of eating or taking a supplement! Severe anemics should monitor closely, though, and stop drinking tea if they experience any issues.

Pros:

-Tones skin
-Complements other herbal remedies really well
-Fades scars
-Clears acne within 2 weeks usually

Cons:

-Slow working
-Doesn't affect people with below par diets

Green Tea is a good combination remedy with Manuka honey i found. People drinking 2/3 cups a day will see results within 2 weeks. Although if you eat fatty foods etc. regularly it doesn't seem to have an effect other than a balance. Green Tea is slow to work but i found it tones the face very well and scars don't look so visible. Also acne outbreaks reduce rapidly each week after 2 weeks. With Manuka honey it's like a super-combination, after taking it for 4 weeks i have much less acne and scarring is reducing in visibilty.

Taste great
Improved skin
less acne
VERY healthy

Cons:

NONE

It's great for you skin and is a very healthy drink, helps my skin in a lot of ways. As long as i drink it my skin doesn't look bad or breakout much at all. Very easy way to get healthy happy skin. It won't give you a dramatic change right away it'll take a couple weeks, 2 or 3, but its well worth it!

Pros:

Seems to help at least somewhat

Cons:

Dries skin out but a risk I am willing to take!

I have suffered from acne for about 10 years. I literally tried everything there was from clean and clear to proactive. Nothing really helped. I have been drinking green tea for a week straight now 3-4 cups a day. At first it cleared up all the big pimples and reduced the redness in just two-three days and I was really excited about it. Now, I can't be too sure. I keep having new pimples every morning. Granted they aren't as big or red but it hasn't cleared it completely or anything. It has only been a week so I won't give up hope. I guess I shouldn't have assumed it was going to make it 100% better. Even if it doesn't help more than it is right now, I will keep drinking it and using the actually bag on my skin after it cools because it is definitely somewhat better than before. Hopefully my skin is just detoxing since I have gotten new pimples and it will become clearer as the days go on

Im 29 yo and have had acne since I can remember . Im currently on 80mg of accutane but the tone of my face was horrible. I made a 5 part Green tea and 1 part acv toner and apply it twice a day. I noticed 5 days later that my face was smooth but it wasnt until my male co worker commented that I knew something was working . This stuff is amazing .It evens my skin tone so well.I will use forever. Please try this. My acne have been so bad that I took days of to stay home and turned down jobs offers. I wash my face with Ghana black soap, use green toner, and apply FOTE aloe vera in the morning and evening. I also take b complex, with zinc and vitamin c. I only gave it a 4 because I have been using it for one week only. I will increase the rating after two months.

Green tea is good for internal and external use. I used to have a very oily n acne proned skin. So i tried the green tea toner. All you need is: Green tea, lemon and tea tree oil. 1.Make a cup of green tea. Let it steep for an hour. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon. 3. then, add 3 drops of tea tree oil. (optional) Pour it into a spray bottle. Use twice a day. Let me know what u think.

I read somewhere that for irritated skin if you get a bag of green tea, dip it in warm water as if you were making tea and then put the warm water on a wash cloth and lay it on your face. My skin gets irritated some times because i pick at it for poping pimples a lot so when that happens i always do this method and i really works! hope i helped :)

Pros:

It actually helps with acne, no more new break out, and if yes, only little pores that can't draw attention.
It's very cheap indeed. You should buy the type with small bags b/c it's more convenient

Cons:

You have to make it in hot water and wait for it to cool down so that you can take it with you in a bottle

I've been drinking green tea for nearly a week now and I love it. It definitely helps with your acne and inexpensive. If you use it alongside with the Reginmen, better results will be observed
