Cons:
none!
Pros:
- Softens skin
- Significantly reduces redness & inflammation
- Evens skin tone, seems to reduce dark circles under eyes
Cons:
- Can be itchy and drying when applied topically
Pros:
I've had moderate acne, with painful cysts. The red marks were the worst. I live a healthy lifestyle, eat a healthy diet, exercise, etc. I tried everything from proactive, diet changes, using ocean water, oxy bars, and so on. Nothing worked, and any medications like bp and s. acid just irritated my face and made the red marks worse. I have been drinking green tea (roughly 4 cups a day) for about 2-3 weeks and using it as a topical treatment. Im now 70% clear and only get small pimples.
Cons:
none
Pros:
soothes skin, provides a healthy glow, makes my blackheads surface
Cons:
I don't really like the taste of green tea; for me it is more of an acquired taste.
Pros:
Acne gone...Face is smooth and glowing.
Cons:
None at all
Pros:
-Really stopped my skin from getting too oilly.
-Made my skin feel smoother after about a week.
Cons:
You have to drink about 3 cups a day for about 1-3 weeks to see any effect.
The taste isn't enjoyable.
Pros:
Works great as a topical treatment. Easy to make and can be very cheap. Healthy to drink too. Doesn't dry out your skin like Benzoyl Peroxide.
Cons:
Be aware that drinking too much caffeine can increase oil production in the skin. A few cups a day shouldn't have any effect though. Green tea has around 1/3rd the amount of caffeine that coffee does.
Pros:
Works Amazingly!
