Pros:

Completely non-drying
Light
Skin feels clean after use

Cons:

Doesn't treat blackheads

Since I first got breakouts in early high school, I've been trying what seems like hundreds of products to help my sensitive skin. Nothing ever seemed to work! Cetaphil was always a product I came back to when my face was recovering from the damage other cleansers had done. I highly recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin. In fact, I really do recommend it to anyone. I know we can't have everything but I would love it if it helped with blackheads too. Great cleanser though! It'll be the only cleanser I use for everyday use - morning and night. Ps: I buy the 1litre pump bottle as it's lasts for a few months and is a great price!

Makes skin super soft!
Gets rid of acne!
Gentle!

Cons:

It has a weird texture but you get used to it.

I had acne&dry spots all over my face so i was looking for a product that would fix both. The first time i tried it my dry spots had decrease&my acne had became less noticeable over night. Today marks a week since i bought it&i now have no dry spots, Very few pimples. I would recommend this to anyone with combination/dry skin types or people trying to get rid of their acne!

Pros:

-Leaves skin soft and moisturized
-Love the smell
-Big bottle/lots of product(inexpensive)
-Gentle(great for use with topicals)
-Clears acne

Cons:

-Doesn't take off makeup

I'm on Epiduo(topical) right now for my acne so I needed something that wouldn't irritate my skin and leave it moisturized. This cleanser is perfect! It leaves my skin supple, soft and is clearing my acne! Don't waste your money on expensive cleansers that'll irritate the skin. Keep it simple. Best cleanser I've tried...really gentle. Lasts a long time.

My dermatologist recommended this to me. I have sensitive skin so many products really irritate my skin and make it dry and red, but this doesn't. It is very gentle and my skin feels so nice after I use it :)

Pros:

clears moderate acne within weeks
gentle enough to use up to three times a day
doesn't dry skin out
lasts a long time (i use one squirt per wash and one small bottle lasts two months)
REALLY inexpensive

Cons:

slightly pungent smell; however, you quickly get used to it
does not clear blackheads

I had moderate acne and used this product in the morning and nights (and sometimes afternoon if i feel grimy) along with aveeno natural moisturizer, changing my towels and pillowcase every other day, and i have no pimples now! (aside from the monthly pimple or two) it's important to not only rely on the wash, since this wash cleans all makeup and dirt, you need to not expose yourself to dirty pillows or towels after using it, otherwise reversing the idea of the wash. frankly, it's amazing for all skin types! tip: if you want this to work, keep clean towels and pillowcases handy, drink a lot of water, use it consistently within two weeks you'll notice the difference. i also switched to mineral makeup, so it doesn't clog my pores

Pros:

Delicate & soothing
Non-drying
No burning / itching / stinging
Clearer skin within first 2 weeks
Good price
Easy to use

Cons:

It's not a miracle cure - but I don't believe there is such a thing.
You must stick with it!

I'm 27 - I have mild to moderate acne up and down since I was 16. Like most people I have tried nearly everything with little or no effect. By chance I came across some reviews on this and thought I'd give it a go. I don't usually write reviews on things, but so far have felt this is one of the best things I have ever come across for my super oily skin and want to share my experience in the hopes it may help someone else who's feeling as though there's no hope for their skin. Application: At first it's strange, after being so used to washing my face with water and some form of "soap" like cleanser, it does take some getting used to - it's basically a lotion consistency - I slap a fair amount on, pat it in, leave it a minute or two and gentle remove it with cotton wool. This is particularly satisfying at the end of the day as the cotton wool tends to be a murky grey dirt colour! Timescale: I've been using it for exactly one month. I saw results with 2 weeks but waited to review it in case it was by chance. So far I have noticed that I have fewer breakouts (especially bad at the time of the month, yet I've just passed that and I had only one very small spot). Overall my skin feels smoother, looks cleaner, feels cleaner and older acne scars appear a little less obvious. Overall: It does take a little getting used to - but give it a chance and stick at it because if you are like me, and feel like you tried everything else, this really might be worth a shot for you. Also, as a side note, I am no longer moisturizing as this doesn't not dry the skin at all and no matter how good and mattifying a moisturizer is, I always end up an oil-slick by the end of the day. I am still a little oily by the end of the day but no where near as much. I have also managed to train myself out of the habit of touching my face throughout the day, whether stressed or agitated - I believe this improves your chances of

Pros:

-It stops breakouts
-It leaves skin smooth
-Inexpensive
-It really does WORK !

Cons:

-It don't feel like It cleans your skin
-I can't really tell if I washed it all off
-It don't foam

Ive used cetephil the oily skin one for about 3 months. The results were slow, and I broke out 3 times during those 3 months. Then I ran out. I stopped using it for 2 weeks. I broke out 2 times during that time when I didn't have it. My acne went from moderate to moderatly severe. I though it was just how cetaphil worked. So I went to the drug store and bought the regular cetaphil. I was amazed that It worked better than the oily skin one. And really did clear my acne ! I love cetaphil. Its amazing ! I went on vacation for a week and forgot about the cetaphil. My skin stayed clear ! I Absolutely love cetaphil ! Its amazing.

Love
My favorite gentle face wash, cleanses skin without drying it out! Love it! Leaves skin baby soft when I use my clarisonic with it! Don't be scared that it doesn't foam up, it still is getting your skin clean! It's just not stripping away all of the moisture in your skin.
