Pros:

Good coverage
Long-lasting
Does not worsen acne
Good colour selection

Cons:

No-pump bottle wastes product
Does not control oil

I have tried nearly every foundation out there, and this is my favourite. I don't think I could ever buy another product now. I used to use DiorSkin Forever (which I recommend if you have the budget for it), but it was too expensive and the coverage wasn't enough for my acne scarred skin. I tried this just over a year ago on a whim and was immediately extremely happy with it. It isn't perfect (as I still have to use a powder to control oil), but I've accepted that there's no such thing as a flawless product. I highly recommend Revlon ColorStay Foundation.

Pros:

Heavy coverage

Cons:

Break-outs (including cysts)
Very thick, cake-like,
Shade changes through out the day,
Looks almost dirty at the end of the day.

I've been using this foundation for about a year now as it was the only foundation I found that was thick enough to cover my acne scars but I absolutely hate it! I've really only stuck with it out of lack of options. It's very thick and provides heavy coverage but I'm more interested in improving my acne than just covering it up. Not a good every day make-up, looks terrible at the end of the day and does not cover redness for very long. Looks almost like dirt! It's gross. Save your money, save your skin. I really only recommend this as a last resort.

Loved this, but..
I used the normal/dry. This foundation made my skin look good, after being on accutane for 8 months I hadon't scars to cover. I've been using it since my may and I suddenly noticed comedonal acne start to begin which I've never had before using the foundation. I have a physical job and sweating while wearing this is not a good idea! Such a shame it's made me break out because it's the first foundation that I've loved nearly entirely and that's suited my skin post accutane. Sadly, I have spots again. Would reccommend if you have good skin. Not for acne prone.

Love/Hate foundation
After my acne cleared up from doctor treatment, I had heard great things about this foundation so decided to give it a go. The finish and staying power is beautiful and works brilliantly for my oily skin. However a week after using this my skin started to react badly, I had 3 cysts on my forehead in the space of 3 days and it only got worse from there. However i was in denial of the issues this foundation was causing because of its amazing staying power and finish. My acne never cleared up after using this foundation and every so ofter I retest and see if it was indeed this foundation which caused issues. Each time my skin has worsened and I get mammoth size cysts on my forehead. I completely believe this foundation is what caused my acne and definitely would not recommend for acne prone skin, however if you don't suffer with awful skin like mine I would try it simply because of its high end quality.

Major Cystic Acne
I have very oily skin. I usually break out heavily during my menstrual cycle. The product has great coverage and controls my oily skin, however after using this product for 1.5 weeks every day I began to have serious cystic acne and breaking out in places where I usually don't break out in. I stopped using this product and my skin was back to normal about a week later. I would not recommend.

Do not use
For the past several years I have had moderate to severe acne, mainly under the skin nodules, blackheads, and forehead blemishes. For nearly 6 months, my only problem has been scarring and a blemish every once in a while. I started using this foundation for a second time a week ago, forgetting why I stopped in the first place. As I look in the mirror and see a face COVERED in under the skin nodules, zits, and blackheads I remember why I stopped using this face paint. It is cakey, extremely thick, nearly impossible to remove, and gives me so much acne I can not contain it. If you have acne prone skin, this is NOT a foundation to even consider.

ruined my skin :(
I had been using Cover Fx for a while because I had a lot of acne on my forehead. Once it cleared I decided I would try a less expensive brand and went with Revlon Colorstay. I started to notice I was breaking out on my cheeks which never really happened. After a little while my cheeks were COVERED so I ditched Revlon and went back to the higher quality brand. Though I thought this would fix everything I STILL have really sh*tty skin. Now I'm 19, approaching 20 (I had tried out Revlon when I was 17, almost 18) with a ton of scaring and breakouts even after trying tetracycline, birth control, and s prescription acne cream to clear me up. I am horribly embarrassed about my skin and really hate my appearance. Sigh.

Pros:

-Very good for oily skin. It actually stays on your face even without a finishing powder or primer underneath. I've literally tried EVERYTHING to find the right foundation. I went from Lancome too Smashbox and they were still not right.

-Covers acne scars well.

-Doesn't smell bad. Odorless.

-Affordable

-Doesn't break me out.

Cons:

-It tends to get a little sticky after your first put it on.

-Kinda hard to blend unless you wet your brush or sponge well. I use the bronzer brush from ECO from Walmart. It's really good and because the brissles are small it makes it look natural :). For how much it covers someone didn't know I had foundation on!

-Oxidizes.

It's great! Try it out if you've been searching for foundations! **Tip: Some people say it breaks them out, but it's all a matter of washing your face really well when you take it off. After I take off my makeup with a wipe I use a gentle scrub and then I use my Proactiv toner to take excess oils, dirts, and foundation. After that I use a facial set from Shiseido to calm/moisterize my face. It doesn't hurt to try. Try it out! :)

Pros:

can't think of any.

Cons:

-Causes break outs
-makes skin look dry and old
-unsanitary/inconvenient packaging
-oxidizes
-Looks TERRIBLE in certain lighting, and up close
-Smells like paint
-Lots of bad chemical ingredients that age your skin

This stuff DOES cause breakouts. When you wear it, it oxidizes on your skin, and looks terrible- you can definitely see it on your face, and it doesn't look good. I can't express how nasty and awful it looks. Check a public mirror- you'll be horrified. Plus, it makes your skin look dull, DRY and OLD. Emphasizes pores. And it emphasizes the crap out of dry, flakey, or peeling skin. very gross. Plus, it feels really thick and gross going on. And of course, the packaging is terrible. Bottom line, makes skin look 10x nastier and worse than no make up at all.

Pros:

Matches skin tone
Applies smoothly
Good selection of shades

Cons:

Funky smell
Cakes easily
No pump
Gets greasy and shiny

I wore this foundation today for a few hours and also worked out at the gym with it. I came home and saw how shiny my face was. When I first applied it, I thought it would cover every single blemish but it actually didn't; I don't know who made up the idea that this is full coverage. It's more of a medium coverage because it definitely didn't cover my acne scars and dark circles. I would recommend dusting a light powder over this if you have combination skin like I do (oily in T-Zone, very dry everywhere else)
