Pros:

Duac is my savior! I have been using it for almost two years now and all I have is scarring from previous acne. Duac starts working in at the most two weeks and then it keeps your skin clear for the mos part! JUST STICK TO A NORMAL ROUTINE WITH IT!

Cons:

It definaltley doesn't have a pleasant smell...

I am a teenager and I was the first person in my grade to have acne.. It sucked. But I began to use Duac and now Im the one with the clear skin! I think Duac is heaven in a tube. BUY IT!

Pros:

It clears your skin up sooo well. It did in about a week for me.

Cons:

none

But for my acne when I first benzaclin it didn't work so i stopped using it and my doctor put me on yaz because they thought my acne was hormonal imbalances. After about a month and a half, i started seeing results.. but it wasnt clearing up fast enough for me haha.. so then I went used that benzaclin again to see if it would help a little atleast. When I used it the second time it completely cleared up my skin. Now im the most confident ive ever been about my skin in my life. You should at least try it.. what have you got to loose??

Pros:

The first night I put it on, I saw results the next morning. It works quickly at first, and keeps working if you use it consistently for a while. I had bumps that lasted for months and they finally began to go away. It shrinks zits pretty well.

Cons:

Over time, it changed me from some medium-sized almost skin-colored pimples to lots of tiny, really red ones. It stops working after a while, and it began drying my skin out really badly. It doesn't always work.

I ultimately had much worse acne from using it. It works for a while, but if you don't use it for even one day, your skin breaks out. It's like it depends on it so you're stuck using it forever or not at all. I started using it about 5 months ago, and it stopped working pretty quickly. So I would stop, then start using it again... Recently, it made my skin so incredibly dry that I stopped using it for a week or so. My skin was actually pretty clear, but there were a few pimples so I decided to use it again, and BAM everything came back. It's worth a try if you have SEVERE acne. Otherwise, don't bother. I had to pay $60 each month for it and it wasn't worth the price for me.

Pros:

I only had samples of Benzaclin when using it, but during those 2 weeks my skin cleared up faster then when I used anything else. It really did work, really fast. You just have to throw it out when it expires, because it will start to smell 'off'.

I've had moderate acne for my entire life, and I'm only 17. I've tried absolutely every kind of drugstore product, I've made countless homemade masks and cleansers using natural ingredients and I used to use Proactiv. Nothing, and I mean nothing, cleared my skin up as well or as fast as when I tried Benzaclin. I think it's the Clindamycin (spelling) because it's an antibiotic. I don't have any more at the moment but I plan on getting a prescription as soon as I can!

Pros:

The breakouts are smaller and go away faster. If I have a pimple coming on, and I put a little on in the day, it usually doesn't get too much worse. I get less whiteheads, which I ALWAYS used to get.

Cons:

I still get just a frequent pimples. About 3 a day, which is actually more than normal. It's almost my period, and that makes me break out though...It hasnt gotten rid of my acne, but I dont know how long it's supposed to take. Been on it a month.

Smaller breakouts the go away faster, but has not cleared acne at all. Just as frequent as always. I'm also on Doxycycline at the same time. I dont recommend it as of yet, but things could change. I sure hope they do.
