Pros:

None

Cons:

Doesn't work

I have been using this cream for 3 weeks now and not only has it not prevented new pimples from forming, it also has done absolutely NOTHING to the existing or newly formed pimples....

Pros:

Wow- I have only used this product for 3 days and I am extremely pleased with how quickly it has cleared my face. My derm suggested I use Cetaphyl cleanser and Duac for the day, and Epiduo at night. So far so good......

Cons:

My only complaint is the dryness. Must use a really good oil free moisturizer with it.

I am really pleased with how fast this product has worked for me! I hope it keeps working. I also got this for free- a full size tube. My derm gave me a card to give to the pharmacy.

Pros:

I got a free sample from the dermatologist after reading positive reviews and requesting it.

Cons:

It did nothing for my needle size pimples except make them BIGGER!

I only applied this on my face twice. Once at night and then again the next morning. Thank goodness I didn't put this on my entire face and only put it on a small part. Anyway, I was hoping it would reduce the size of my tiny whiteheads that I have had for a month but it made them worse. They got red and angry. I even got a new BIG pimple right next to them. My skin didn't respond well to this drug at all and I will never put it on my face again. I am sticking to Proactiv and Zinc.

Pros:

NONE

Cons:

I've been using benzaclin for 4 months and my face is worse than ever. I used to use proactive and had about 10 break outs. Then I went to the dermatologist to get professional help before my face got worse. Well, now, I have about 40 pimples!

I have clusters of whiteheads and bumps all over my chin and forehead and some pimples on my cheeks. My dermatologist said it takes time and often is worse before it gets better. I hate how I look and can't believe everyone else had such good results so soon! I'm also using atralin and taking doxycycline as prescribed by the dr.

Pros:

None! It didn't improve my skin at all.

Cons:

WAY too drying. it made my entire face bright red and i only used it in select areas of my face. My face burned, itched, flaked and became scaly after it started healing. it was absolutely disgusting.

I stopped using this product after just 2 days of use because it was way too drying. and it didn't seem to be helping my mild acne. It took about 4 or 5 days for the terrible redness this product took to heal and i was lathering my skin in moisturizer. If you have sensitive skin or skin that is prone to drying, don't use this product!

Pros:

None for me. Hasn't had time to make a difference.

Cons:

Only used this 5 times and my face looks like I have been badly burnt and is extremely sore.

I guess this just isn't the product for me. I was very tentative and only used a tiny amount and my face has been burning constantly ever since the first use. My chin has swollen up and looks absolutely awful. People never really stared at me that much before even on my worst acne days, but now they wonder if I have some wierd disease and gawp. Will never use again. Hope to god these burns on my face go away!

Pros:

works on a few zits to slightly shrink with time

Cons:

didn't work at all for me
really dried out my skin
gross looking once it dries

This is a hit or miss product. It might work on a fraction of your zits somewhat, but overall it does nothing but dry you out to the point that you look like your face is peeling off in spots. I think its the worst product I have ever used. I have mild acne. When I started putting it on pimples they began to stay on my face longer than ever before. I have pimples that have now been on my face for over 2 months. They seem to shrink at first but then they just linger on and on. On some pimples it does nothing no matter how much or little you apply or how often, believe me I've experimented with it quite a bit. When it dries on your face it looks like a big glob of Elmer's glue, very noticeable and unattractive. Plus a bottle of it only lasts 3 months before its totally ineffective so you have to get it refilled quite a bit. I've used it for 4 months and its done nothing for me, but, as I said, make my zits stay longer than ever before and dry out my face worse than any product ever
