Pros:

Helped with acne if you use it as told. No slacking.

Cons:

Skin will become dry and red when first starting use but will become better and get used to it after about a month. Takes a while to see results .. (about a month)

If you use this product as told and dont slack it will work. When my face was as bad as it has ever been I finally decied to go to the derm. There I was told to use the Duac Gel in the day along with doxicilnye(twice a day) and at night I used Diffren Gel. When using this product be sure to not use any other acne medication unless percribed because this will dry the face. MAKE SURE TO MOISTERIZE WITH SPF BEFORE OR AFTER APPLYING AND USE A GENTALE CLEANSER WHEN WASHING THE FACE. I have been using this for about a month and a half and I have seen improvments in my face, I hardly have cycts and not much zits and the rest that are there are small. I have my next derm appt next month, he said it will take about 2 full months until I see full results using these products. Its working and as long as you stick to it and listen to what your derm says I belive it will help. It is for me and my face was covered with modreate acne and cycts along my jawline chin and cheeks .Stick with it!.

Pros:

It really DOES work. My blemishes have become smaller and the area around it has slightly lost its redness.

Cons:

It dries out your skin, and once i stop using it, the redness comes back. Even though my doctor suggested to use it once a day, I find that when i wash my face in the morning, the redness comes back, so I need to re-apply.

If youre looking for immediate results, i HIGHLY recommend this!!

Pros:

I love this product. I also use it with a sulfur based cleanser, prascion.Started working within the first week of use. My skin is dramatically different after one month.

Cons:

Only over drying when you apply too much. A small amount will work. Don't forget to ex foliate while using this product(aspirin tablet).

Really worth a try. I have very dry skin. So it's very hard to find a product that is not over drying. This has been working very well on my skin. I also suggest using Kiehls facial lotion if you have dry skin.

Pros:

Clears up acne and minimizes appearance of scars pretty fast.

Cons:

Dried my skin up a bit for the first week. Moisturizer is your friend :)

I've been dealing with pretty frustrating acne for three years and finally just went to the dermatologist. This stuff has almost completely cleared up my acne and has made my acne scarring vanish. :)

Pros:

actually works.

Cons:

.. for a while. everyone was suposedly so excited about it working so fast, but yes it DID work, but after a while all of a sudden a complete shock i get HUGE zits all over my face. the complexion is getting better but these huge zits came out

maybe its because the effects of accutane is wearing off, but for me personally it did not work. thats why im swtiching to kern's bp which i got today and am hoping that it works. benzaclin is supposed to work quit and not become "immuned" to the skin, but for me its good results wore off and skin just started looking horrible.

Pros:

VERY good.. i started seeing my acne clearing up the morning after i applied it. i love it. i never thought i'd have skin this clear.

Cons:

dries out my skin a bit and also results in redness seldomly. it's also VERY expensive.

GREAT medicine, i believe the price and the minimum side affects are worth it :)
