Pros:

It cleared up all my spots within a week.
Dried up excess oil.

Cons:

Withen 5 days my skin becamme red and my chin swell up.
My skin looks like it has been sunburnt and is overly dry.

I think people should not try this product as it does have side effects.

Pros:

it seems to help make thos really big pimples less noticable..but doesn't completely get rid of anything that i can tell.

Cons:

my acne has actually gotten worse sense using it..not sure if it's related to the Duac though.

it helped a little at first, but I plan to try something different.

Pros:

Works well. I tried everything. This zaps the zits quickly and even gets the blackheads that were a problem for me too

Cons:

Dries your skin out! I use a mousturizer to combat it. I do feel wrinkled and dry somethimes though so use the mousturizer!

Good product. Wish it wasnt so pricey! I paid $140 USD when I didnt have insurance, and $60 USD with insurance for a 3 month supply. BUMMER!

Pros:

works pretty well.

Cons:

drys out skin, but nothing a little moisturizer and humidity can fix.

if you have moderate to severe acne, use it.. Especially if you have oily skin, it will dry it out thus drying out your pimples. I usually scrub my face in the shower to remove excess skin that b-clin dries. Just make sure your consistent with it.. it needs time to build up and kill acne. & Be sure to use face moisturizer and wear good non pore clogging sunscreen.

Pros:

i can tell it's working, clears new pimples in a day and is getting rid of all exsisting acne and even scars that i've had for almost a year

Cons:

dry flaky itchy tight red skin

in the beg. all the cons were really bad and i almost stopped it, but i kept going with it and ziana and minocycline and the dry, flaky, itchy, tight red skin is all going down to being almost not even there, and it's clearing up my skin and makes it feel really smooth after i apply it. i just hope it keeps working the way it is and that i don't get immune to it. idk what i'd do :[

Pros:

This product kept me mostly clear and dried up my oily skin.

Cons:

Causes significant digestive problems, and, in severe cases, can cause colitis.

I used this product for 4 years and while it seemed to really help my acne, I experienced a lot of digestive problems, which I didn't link to Benzaclin until just recently. After spending ridiculous amounts of money trying to cure my digestive problems, I finally started doing my own research and found that Benzaclin causes diarrhea and even colitis. I stopped using the product immediately. Now, I use Dan's BP gel, which seems to work just as well and without the horrific side effects. If you are using this product, please monitor your digestive health very closely and discontinue use if you notice problems.

Cons:

Ive been doing microdermabrasion chemical peels for scarring and this was recommened for stubborn acne... overall im happy and i have tried everything for the past 10 years.

Pros:

Dermatologist recommended. Easy to get ahold of. Cleared up my acne pretty nicely the first time i started using it.

Cons:

stopped working after a while. dried out my face

this product worked the first time i used it for a couple months. next time my skin started breaking out, i tried to use it, and saw no results. not sure if i got used to it or what. plus it is expensive. but i think for some people it can really work. give it a try

Pros:

clears skin and makes it feel smooth at first

Cons:

after a while it stops working. Leave your skin dry and causes a slight burning sensation.

Nick, Michigan and I probably have the same dermatologist. I have the same Duac and defferin regimen. It doesnt seem to be a great combo for me. I'm think my skin is starting to get immune the ingredients. I would recommend Duac to you guys because over all it can be great at first. However I dont think it will be apart of anyone's regimen in the long run. I call it a temporary fix
