Pros:

It really works, removes all acne on my face and the occasional pimple on upper neck. in most cases a wee bit of dryness will happen and its a simple fix with, water, or for the radicals, moisturizer.

Cons:

TAKES TIME. for the first week i didn't notice any difference then gradually and slowly i started to notice that it was all going away, but another thing is the annoying price! and it will STAIN THE HELL OUT OF YOUR CLOTHS

great product. its does what label claims it will do. it practically destroyed a $60 jacket of mine so wasn't so happy about that my face really itched while applying it so i rubbed face against shoulder while wearing the jacket. :D anyways its good product im 15 and a male and worked wonders for me

Pros:

It works!

Cons:

None so far

I've had this for a long time, but never really gave it chance. My face has been breaking out so bad recently, so I decided to give it a shot. I only use it at night. After the first night I saw a very dramatic difference!!! My skin looks fabulous!! The only concern I have is that I'm scared to stop using it because it might cause a breakout. We shall see.

Cons:

Very expensive. Once stopped using product after a year, starting breaking out again.

Expensive but worth it

Pros:

Completely cleared up my daughter's skin pretty fast, probably within a couple weeks. Her skin was back to being as beautiful as it was when she was little. She was 13 when she tried this product.

Cons:

After 8 months of using this product her skin began breaking out in big, red bumps.

This product only plugs up the pores which in turn causes the big, red bumps eventually. The skin must be able to breathe and be exfoliated.

Pros:

Doesn't leave your skin feeling oily, clears up spots within a day or two and is free on the NHS :D

Cons:

Bleaches everything :(

Is very good and I would recommend it to anybody with any sort of acne.

Pros:

Only thing that's worked for me in 5 years, ive tried everything from proactive, birth control pills, antibiotics specifically for acne.. nothing has worked until now. I had deep under the skin acne, and this stuff reached it, my skin is amazing!

Cons:

It can dry out your skin at first, but that's alright with me because my skin is a little oily.

This is definitely a life saver for me, after years of frustration of nothing working for me, this stuff is amazing. I think the combination of the antibiotic (clindamyacin) and the acne fighter (benzoyl peroxide) is exactly what I need. I can wash my face, apply lotion, and this stuff, and thats it! I dont even need to wear foundation or concealer anymore which i thought would NEVER happen. Seriously, give this stuff a try, you have nothing to lose.

Pros:

Duac gel has worked pretty decently for me so far. Have had few if any cystic pimples form since i started.

Cons:

Very drying, Expires fairly quickly

I'll continue using duac for the time being. I had been trying differin for about a month and couldnt stand the initial breakout so i switched to duac. The product doesn't do a whole lot in clearing acne marks but most definitely drys out your pimples and helps stop the formation of new ones. the only major con is that duac dry's my skin tremendously. I'm thinking about going to just a night application instead of morning and night. overall I would recommend giving it a try.

Pros:

I've been using this for a while now, and it really worked in the beginning! My skin cleared up alot. And it DOESN'T dry up your skin!!

Cons:

Has become less and less effective over time. Duac really does NOT clear up my skin any more. I never knew you were supposed to keep it in the fridge so maybe thats why? It also made my scars worse and has a weird consistency.

It clears up acne SOMETIMES. It won't work for areas where you have constant breakouts. And if you're like me, it will stop working after a while.
