Pros:

Actually Works (yes, this is actually the only pro)

Cons:

Takes HUGE adjustment, dries it out.

This first week or so of using this, it will sting. Badly. Like, REALLY badly. Almost unbearable. I actually had to cringe and scream because it stung so much. After a week, it doesn't sting and more, however, it still dries out your skin. Works great though. After about 2 weeks there was very noticeable improvement. It actaully got to the clearest it's been in 3 years (I've had acne for four years). It may dry out your skin, but you know what? It works. It went from severe down to a low of moderate-light. (I've run out and have yet to get another one and I'm breaking out again. D:)

Pros:

Very fast remedy for all types of acne (Whiteheads, Cystic and Blackheads) when used in conjunction with an exfolliant or gentle facewash.

Cons:

Can cause a slight drying of the skin. However, should be used in a patch test first, very strong cream. Some people have experienced allergic reactions to the Benzoyl Peroxide.

Best treatment I have ever had. No question. I had very severe cystic acne, even to the point of almost closing my left eye. I felt like the elephant man. I had no self confidence whatsoever, and i felt a total loser. I was scared to look anybody in the face for what they might say. I used EVERYTHING. Clearasil, Oxy, Freederm, and a course of Flucloxacillin. Nothing worked. The GP prescribed this to me and as always i was sceptical. After applying at night after a rigorous face wash (anything with microbeads is your best bet) i felt a very slight burning sensation, but nothing uncomfortable. I woke up the next day to find a miracle. The red spots were dissapearing after one night! The huge cystic boil i had closing my eye was brought to a head using the cream and eventually got rid of it completely with only very minimal scarring. Believe me guys, this cream will change your life. After use over a month and a half I had no spots! Duac cream will save your life. It save

Pros:

I love benzaclin...my face never has any pimples on it anymore.

Cons:

No cons really. It will leave white stuff on your face but as soon as you wash your face it all comes off so thats good.

Give it a try, you have nothing to lose. It works amazing for me!!

Pros:

Works really well. Improves skin appearance after quickly, and leaves completely zit free skin after a few weeks.

This is great stuff. I had moderate acne and tried lots of other topical creams and gels and none of them worked. I've been on Benzaclin now for several months, and haven't had more than a couple zits since I started using it. Recommended.

Pros:

It really helped to clear my acne. My dermatologist had me use Duac in the morning, and Differin at night. The Duac I was prescribed includes a gentle cleanser.

Cons:

Duac made my face red and dry. After a few days my face was back to normal.

Great acne product!! If your acne is moderate or severe ask a dermatologist for Duac it works miracles.

Pros:

Works EXTREMELY fast, literally over-nite!
insurance covers 100%. Not only clears up acne, prevents future break outs and reduces blemishes. It's a miracle gel!

Cons:

not many at all... just a little dry and flaky that can be fixed with moisturizer.

for 9 yrs i've suffered from minor-moderate acne now 27 yrs old @ times the painful, bloody ones. tried every oral antibiotic and cream available thru insurance & out of pocket with no success. tried every home remedy i could get ahold of.. still no luck. my cousin had this medication in which he didn't need, tried it ONCE and seen results... had it since and it works miracles. very pleased to have found this. side note: i did stop using it for approx 3 months and got another bad break out, just restarted 3 days ago.
