Pros:

Light, foams easily, not overly drying, great price

none that i can think of

i used to think that, in order for a cleanser to work, my face had to be squeaky clean when i was done washing. this cleanser made me realize that i can get a foamy, thorough wash without my face feeling incredibly tight or dry afterwards. i have gone through SO MANY cleansers in my day and i finally found one that i love - and this is it.

After 2 months, I stopped using the regimen twice a day to once a day, at night. It's still working well, and I'll need to fill up on some more asap. I used my starter kit for a good 3 and a half months.

Cons:

At first, regimen creates dry skin. Get some jojoba oil if dryness is already a problem on your skin. The regimen took about one and a half months to get to the point of clear skin, and less dryness. It always gets worse before it gets better, and that's the reality of having bad skin. Trust me, there were times I wanted to curl up in a ball and cry because I was so embarrassed about my skin. Keep believing there is a cure. The regimen just might not be good enough, but it was for me.

Sooo worth the price. Dan's regimen is the thing I swear by. I've been using this for months, just itching for the chance to share with the world my own miracle! I've had severe acne for the past.. 5-ish years. The only one in my family that had it so bad, even though I eat the best of all my siblings, and am in good shape. I act and perform as a hobby, and who wants to look at a red, bumpy face while trying to concentrate on my monologue? Uh, no one? I've been to dermatologists. Too dry and too irritating. I'll keep this short and sweet. Try this regimen. No matter what products you're using now, stop. I know this is terribly cliche, but I seriously tried EVERYTHING. From natural remedies to dermatologists to Proactiv, my search came to an end once I found this site. :) As a side note, everyone's different. From the color to the quality of your skin, not everyone will find what I did in this product. It's well worth a shot. Oh! From a veteran, just get some jojoba oil, if you can. I wasn't able to, and my chin and forehead became dry and flaky. I would have to go to the bathroom at least twice a day to pat a wet towel on my skin, which didn't do much at all for it.

Pros:

Best cleanser i've ever used!! extremely gentle + even cleared my blackheads!!

awesome product, does everything it says, can't fault it!! also wonderful to shave with.. now acne free **One thing i will say to anyone buying from the UK as well as a fairly high shipping fee i had to the pay an extra £18 import tax + handling fees before i could get my product, leaving me short of around £70 for the mens kit.. it's lasted long and would definitely reccomend the regimen but it may be just as effective and a lot cheaper if alternative products available here are used**

Pros:

Light smell
Clear, Simple
Foams well and very soft
Gentle, not too drying on the skin
Pretty good at removing make-up

Cons:

None that I can think of

If all you want in a product is to clean your skin off lightly, this will do well, but it doesn't add any other benefits. I like to use this and add a few drops of tea-tree oil once a day. I use either this one and another favourite wash of mine and alternate which I use morning/night.

Pros:

-Cleans skin very well
-Lathers thick and goes on easily
-Is very good for use as a shaving cream
-Cuts through oil and rinses quickly
-Excellent price

Cons:

-Definitely not unscented. Should be described as "a tangy chemical fragrance".

Awesome cleanser, very impressed with it and with the price. Makes skin feel clean and fresh, doesn't burn, doesn't over dry. Buy it in the large quantity, especially if using it for shaving.

i have used dan's cleanser since he created it. i love it & won't use anything else. but i will admit the first couple times i used it i felt like i couldn't rinse it off all the way. but when my skin dried it felt so soft & clean! no to mention it removes ALL my make up (even mascara)! i just had to get used to the difference from the feel of over drying soap. i love the big bottle & the pump. it is very handy in the shower! i religiously was my face with this cleanser twice a day. i use 1-2 pumps each time i wash. it has never over dried my skin & i have moderately sensitive skin.

Great product with real results
I moved to a more humid environment earlier this year and my skin started to break out consistently for the first time since I was 17. I had some minor acne issues when I was younger but nothing too serious. I decided to get serious about finding a solution when my face began to scar around the temples and forehead. I used this product in combination with teh Foreo Luna sonic device with good results. I have sensitive skin but also combination oily skin on my forehead so a gentle cleanser with once a day use of the foreo product was my regiment. I really began to have results only after a couple weeks of use. My acnes hasnt completely gone away but I am on my 3rd month and the frequency and scarring has definitely decreased to the point where it is barely getting in the way of how I feel. I have used more aggressive cleansers before but seems to make matters worse - so definitely a solid product for anyone with acne and sensitive skin due to environment or oil on the face.

Pros:

lathers quick and nicely, no odor, similar to the Cetaphil Gentle cleanser, removes makeup easily, no residues

Cons:

None for me

It is gentle on my skin and doesn't burn. It's simple and I like that the most about it. My favorite part is that it breaks down my makeup well.
