Pros:

Cleared up acne on upper back and arms! Woo!

Cons:

Didn't clear up any *ahem, 'bum-region' acne or chest acne.

This mostly worked pretty well with me, I loooove it.

Pros:

clears acne really quickly
gentle; doesn't sting
a little goes a long way!

Cons:

doesn't smell so lovely
a little pricey!

This is a nice body wash. I use it with one of those poufy things and it foams up, making the application really gentle. I use it almost every day, and I only need to use a little bit. My bacne is definitely clearing up significantly, as well as my chest and shoulders. I know I'm probably not supposed to, but sometimes i use a little bit on my face and that works pretty well too. :) The only problems are that I just wish it had a fragrance, or at least smelled a little better! Not that it makes me gag or anything, but it would be cool if the body wash doubled up as a nice smelling soap. Also, it was a little expensive. But all in all, this is a really good solution for body acne.

Pros:

clears up back zits

Cons:

none

This worked for me. I hardly ever get zits on my back anymore. I did read in a magazine that you should lather up with a loofah, apply it to your back and leave it on for ATLEAST 3 minutes!!! For me, I just leave it on the time I have conditioner in my hair and stand with my back away from the shower during that time. Once I started doing that, bacne was a thing of the past. (Give it a few weeks though)

So far so good
I have had acne on my back (clogged pores, blackheads, whiteheads) for a really really long time now and I also have a skin picking problem which only happens when I am stressed, I've been trying to stop lately which has helped alot. Also I have been able to clear my back completely for a couple of months until I went swimming in the pool 2 months ago (chlorine) which caused my skin to become a disaster again! I guess I have really sensitive skin. Now I'm back at trying to clear it up again and I've read so much good reviews about his product that I thought I should give it a try and now that I purchased this product a couple days ago and Been using it, I have seen a difference in my skin just from using it for 4 days. I am excited to see how things get because I've been soo depressed because of my back and I just hope this product works well as I continue to use it :)

Pros:

• Clears acne away
• Controlled acne
• Skin feels smooth

Cons:

• Kind of expensive
• Takes 1-3 weeks to see full results

It worked for a good period of time but recently my acne has started to come back. I don't know what's wrong, can your body adapt to salicylic acid? But yeah, depressed now.

I'm gonna give it a couple more weeks to see if acne will go away again. But hey, at least it DID work!

Pros:

-Has a very clean scent
-Scrubby (optional scrubby bead things)
-Compared to other medicated OTC treatments, it's not *that* expensive.
-They recently changed the cap design so it's easier to get out of the bottle.
-GREAT spot treatment for neck/jawline!

Cons:

-It only seemed to work for about the first week then acne came right back. (my back acne is extremely persistent though)
-Not exactly inexpensive, but could be far worse.
-Was only effective on shoulders (or on neck/jaw as a leave-on spot treatment)
-Was not effective on lower back, 'bum cheeks' at all (results may vary)

At first I ran back to the store ASAP and bought 3 more bottles (as other people on here have said) but eventually it stopped controlling my back/body acne. Stopped using it but it seems to be a great, very safe treatment to try if you're having body acne issues. Didn't seem to damage my skin at all.

Pros:

Easy to find. Effective.

Cons:

Takes a while to work.

So I've tried just about everything to clear up acne on my back, shoulders, and occasionally chest. I had even used this product before, but gave up when it didnt work fast enough. Now I have been using this for three months or so and my back is waaay clear. I still get minor break outs, but finally I can wear tank tops and bikinis again. Give it a try, but be patient. I use it twice daily and have seen great results.

Pros:

•Smells good.
•Clear some of the acne on the back and chest.

Cons:

•Takes a little while to kick in.
•Makes the skin a little dry.

Well I have had chest and back acne for awhile and then found this at walmart and decided to give it a try. So far it has kind of cleared my skin up, but not so much. You have to be patient with it.
