Pros:

Cleared up my back acne quite well

Cons:

none

I had mild acne on my back mostly from hair products that I would use or conditioners. I started using this as my last step in the shower and my back is so much smoother than it was before.

Pros:

Smells nice, helped with the bumps (keratosis) on my upper arms and thighs more than anything I've tried before. Wasn't overly drying.

Cons:

Didn't help my back or chest acne---actually made the chest acne worse.

I might keep it around for the keratosis and use something else for the acne.

Pros:

Really works, non drying, almost fragrance free, widely available, affordable

Cons:

Cumbersome extra-step in the shower or bath

This Stuff is amazing and well worth the forementioned extra step. Completely cleared up the bacne that has been plaguing me for over 10 years, and it seems to be healing the (red) scars as well. Love it!

Pros:

I use the "scrub" version of this cleanser with a loofa everyday & I've seen significant improvement on my shoulders. It has to be used everyday though, and I don't suggest using it on your face; it's too harsh.

Cons:

It doesn't rinse cleanly. My skin feels sticky even after thoroughly rinsing.

Neutrogena products work well for me. This is about as good as you can get for an OTC medication.
