Cons:

Gave me horrible painful zits that were impossible to pop.

I have light acne on my back so decided to try this product. After using it 3 times, I noticed I was getting those horrible big red painful lumpy zits on my back, which I had never had before. My skin looked awful and they were extremely painful. Whenever I have used anything with Salicylic acid, this happens. Guess my skin just doesn't respond well to it. I found using hydrogen peroxide on my back worked much better and was way cheaper.

Pros:

okay body wash.

Cons:

Went through two full bottles and has no effect on my back acne what so ever. use NIVEA DOUBLE ACTION FOR MEN! im a women and i use it and it works for my back acne. it tookk about 2 weeks for my skin to get used to this product and get smooth and clear. I ALSO LOVEE the NIVEA OIL CONTROL FOR MEN. again im a women. my dermatologist said it is absolutely fine to use cleansers labeled for men.

Severe reaction
I've never suffered from sensitive skin or had any reactions to skincare products. However, this product made my skin tight, itchy, dry, swollen, burning sensation, and small white bumps all over my face and body. I haven't used it in 4 days, and my symptoms still haven't subsided. I made an account just to warn others. It started with swollen eyes after 4 days of use, and the symptoms continued to get worse. Do not buy this product. After some research, I have noticed many others have suffered from these symptoms as well.
