Pros:

Smoother complection, Less redness, Energy booster, Weight loss

Cons:

Smell, Taste isn't so great

I've been using this for about 2 weeks. I first started off with the regular Heinz version which I didn't notice a huge difference. When I finally found the Organic version here in Germany I noticed feeling more energetic, my skin tone looks more glowy. I haven't noticed a huge difference in it's preventing pimples but I will say that this is kind of a laxative...So be prepared for that effect :) Overall I say try it...You have nothing to lose at this point right?? You will get over the taste after a couple times. Make sure you drink this with water please!!! Not strait out of the bottle...I think you'll be sorry if you do it that way. So will your stomach :)

Pros:

It has definitely helped my skin look both more clear and more even.

Cons:

The taste, smell, and general association. Lets be honest with ourselves, we're drinking vinegar. Also, it feels sort of weirdly acidic in my stomach for a few minutes, plus that awful shivery tingle when taking a big drink.

Firstly, it's awful. I'm not going to lie, it's just terrible at first. I'm going to assume I'll get used to it as I use it for longer than a bit more than a week, but it's not apple juice sweetheart. I make a cup of chamomile tea (all my other teas are some variation of black, and chamomile seems to match best) and dump a bit of organic acv from Trader Joe's in, maybe two or three tbs. I let it get coldish, maybe an hour, just enough so I can chug it. So I have a cup of water next to my tea, chug maybe a third of it while plugging my nose, then be sure to have your water as soon as you can, and seriously, don't unplug your nose until water is in your mouth! Acv in just water's okay too, but I think the tea reduces the gag at the end a bit. I do it twice a day, and I'm going to have to say it is worth it, because really it's like a minute of pain. I also use it as a toner, and my skin is looking much nicer and healthier than usual. So, I'm a begrudging fan.

Pros:

cleared up body acne, feel heathier, no more inflamation on face.

Cons:

taste, smell, some stomach disconfort, may cause stomach, esophagous and mouth burns, bad for teeth.

It didn't do a lot for my face but worked really well on body acne. You have to wait an hour to brush your teeth though so you might as well try it you really have nothing to lose since no one has posted any signs of IB although if your dumb enough not to majorly dilute it and burn your mouth... but seriously, give it a try.

Pros:

-Cheap
-Easy to do
-Effective at preventing/reducing zits

Cons:

-Tastes horrible

I've only been drinking ACV for exactly one (1) week. So far, so good, I guess. The positives so far is that I have not received an initial outbreak. I haven't gotten more than 3 zits or so since using this. The only downside from drinking this is that I seem to get dry, chapped lips and tight, dry skin. The effects have been reduced after taking ACV for a few days.

Pros:

Helps with acne but mainly it contributes to a good health.. And cheap

Cons:

I used to hate the taste but after a month or so I got used to it and now I actually enjoy it.,,

Worth it. :) Just be very careful with the amount... To little water and I can guarantee you that it will taste completely awful.

Pros:

organic, natural, contributes to good health

Cons:

smell, taste, weakens tooth enamel

I don't drink ACV religiously like some people (I used to have it 2x/day) but I do have a shot diluted with water every now and then. I don't know how much it helps my skin but I feel good after I drink it.

Pros:

It worked. My skin doesn't get new pimples.

Cons:

It makes me have to go #2 quite a bit I think. I take it with every meal to balance my body's PH.

I take the Source Naturals ACV pills which are equivalent to 2 teaspoons. I take about 6 of these a day (=~4 tablespoons) spread out over the course of the day. The jar is 180 pills so 6/day means the jar lasts 30 days. I think spreading it out works better than just taking a shot before bed. I was doing that for awhile and it didn't work as well. If you can handle drinking vinegar all day I'm sure that works. Read up on the PH theory! I have also been trying to eat more alkaline-inducing foods after seeing how well ACV has worked for me.
