Pros:

It works! It's cheap! It's easy!

Cons:

My skin is soooooo dry. I'm trying to find the perfect balance between drinking AVC 2-3 times a day and moisturizing.

It's very tolerable if you drink it with water and honey. The day after I used it I noticed my forehead (breakout central!) was much smoother and NO NEW pimples had erupted overnight! I have been drinking 1 teaspoon with honey and water 2-3 times a day for about 4 days and still have had NO NEW pimples. So far so good! I'm going to keep taking it 3x a day until my period is over and then I'm going to cut back to once a day and see if that will keep acne at bay.

Pros:

IT WORKS!

Cons:

Horrible taste, you feel like puking after. If you take too much it can do damage to your esophagus and digestive system.

Take 2 teaspoons after breakfast and 2 at night. You notice results after about 3 days. I have only broken out once in 2 weeks of using this stuff. I love ACV (just not the taste)... but it's well worth the results. =)

Pros:

This stuff has completely replaced BP in my regimen. I take 2 TBSP twice a day (after breakfast and dinner) and wash my face twice a day, and I have been clear for two months.

Cons:

Not great tasting

I'm a 23 year old male who was using DKR with some success. My face was itchy and dry so I started looking for alternatives at this site. I use Bragg's Organic ACV which I purchase from Whole Foods and I can say this stuff works, and it works well. As long as I don't miss a dose, it keeps my nice and clear without using ANY BP AT ALL! I brush my teeth and use mouthwash immediately after drinking it just in case.

Pros:

as a drink it has some benefits with weight loss but as a toner it rocks! my skin is not terribly oily but was getting big zits and this is the only thing that works for me. I have spent tons of money on proactive murad lancome clinique..this works

Cons:

its stinky but SO worth it it burns a little so may not be good foe sensitive skin. Try a little at first to see if you can tolerate.

if you have just had a microderm or chem. peel wait a week before trying. buy unfiltered un pasturized prefferably from your local health food store. can be a little drying so you may want to follow with an oil free moisturizer like dermalogica or neutrogena. try this is nothing else has worked for you. belive me, ive tried everything! you have nothing to loose. the price is so awsome!

Pros:

Cheapish, fairly gentle, has other health benefits as well

Cons:

Tastes and smells bad..

Well I drank a tablespoon of ACV with warm water for about a month daily. It didn't seem to do much for my skin though, so I decided to use it as a toner. I did this for two weeks with not much result, probably because there was far more water than ACV in my solution so now I am trying a 50/50 solution. This is worth a try. note: price is in NZ dollars so might be different for other countries

Pros:

for me it worked well, and quickly.

Cons:

doesn't taste great, dried out my skin.

started taking acv and honey (twice a day 1tbs of each mix well) because of a constant cough that wouldn't go away. My cough diminished greatly and I noticed a marked difference in my skin within a couple of days. A pimple that would have normally lasted a a week was gone in a couple of days. Not to mention increased energy and decreased alcohol cravings. After a week or so I noticed dry patches on my face (I've never had dry skin??). Stopped my usage for 2 days and will resume with a lower dosage maybe 2 or 3 times a week....also using coconut oil (great!) and baking soda (also great!). Check out [link removed] for other reviews.

Pros:

Brought my half flaky / half spotty, sore and bleedy complexion into a healthy state: resilient skin, good oil balance, and blemishes healing with no new spots! Affordable and all-round good for your body.

Cons:

You have to go hippie-crazy and drink a lot of the stuff. It is boring, smelly and, let's face it, not as pleasant as fruit juice. Full disclosure: armpits smell faintly pickley, but this actually seems to have improved my aroma's chemistry overall.

If you have a weak stomach, drinking an equal amount of plain water each day is probably a close-runner up to the benefits of ACV. However, combined with consistent cleansing / moisturizing / spot-treating, I credit this witch's brew* with giving my skin back some vigour. I can touch my face now! And it doesn't sting! You may understand how desirable that level of comfort is, and I think ACV brought me there. *I drink 1L/2pts each day, with molasses; which smells even worse that ACV, but is vit/min rich. I also eat a spoonful of flax oil per day. I am, incidentally, a 26 year-old vegetarian female.

Pros:

-Works
-You feel internally clean
-Inexpensive

Cons:

Taste
Smell

ACV is amazing acne remedy. The first day i tried it i vomited 2 table spoons in 500Ml XD that was a bad idea but i was desparate. I could not handle the taste of ACV so i starte with just 1/2 a teaspoon and worked my way up. From this gross nasty flavour i worked my way up to 4-6 Table spoons. Now i luv this stuff. The taste has become enjoyable now yu prolly think im crazy but im enjoy drininking it. 1 week ago my confidence was down the drain my acne was moderate and my face was really really scarred from me picking yes i know very bad we all here it but yu do it anywaise. ACV has cleared me from 30 pimples to about 3.... IN 1 weeks other things to tell you I use omege 3/6/9 pills and honey masks 2-3 times a week and apply 27,000 Iu of vitamin E from walmart. My face is still scared but looks incredible compared to not using ACV. #1 thing to know use orgainc ACV WITH MOTHER! This is the stuff that works and you should use. Im so happy ive found ACV and PPl just try it might work 4 U

Pros:

You dont have to drink it as a liquid it comes in pills that you can take with 8oz or more of water. Can be used for weight loss too!

Cons:

No cons dont by the liquid! yuck! you can find the pills at any vitamin shop

Can be used for numerous things wt. loss, acne, you name it! Buy the pills and just take with water. I have also found that Digestive enzymes work really well too! I had these little bumps on my forhead that would never go away i started taking digestive enzymes and apple cider vinegar then within a 10 days they were already gone!
