Pros:

less breakouts
clearer skin
easier than a lot of other acne regimes

Cons:

tastes bad
not good for teeth enamel

I recently stopped using Braggs Apple Cider vinegar because I got sick and had a sore throat and I wasn't sure whether taking this consistently for about two months was the cause of it. After I got better I started to take it again because I was really pleased with the results I was getting before I had stopped. I would take two teaspoons diluted in a tiny bit of water every morning and night and wash it down with a large glass of plain water. I noticed that my acne significantly decreased. I can recall that I stopped spending excessive amounts of time researching how to cure acne so that must mean that it was much more controllable than it had been prior to my taking it. I did not, however, stop breaking out completely. I would still get one or two pimples weekly but I would take that over 2-3 every single day anytime. However, after I recovered from my throat issues and started taking it again. I got sick again and had another sore throat. I've just recovered from that and I found myself on-line once again trying to find some remedy to help me with the crazy breakout I'm dealing with. I feel like the fact that I stopped taking it is a major reason why my face is behaving this way. I'm not sure if I can relate the two... maybe I just got the flu twice in a row due to bad luck and it has nothing to do with the ACV, I just thought I'd be honest and let everyone know my own personal experience. Anyway, I just took a look in the mirror today and said eh you know what, forget the risk... I can't deal with my skin looking like this and took my regular dose of ACV. This is the first review I've ever written. For anyone thinking of trying this, give it a go... it's cheap and it's been pretty effective for me.

Pros:

clears acne
improves overall tone and texture of skin
weightloss
body detoxifier

Cons:

taste & smell

I read a lot of these reviews already and like myself, so many people complain about the taste and smell. I found a way to take it so that you dont really taste it all. Mix it in with apple juice! I swear you dont taste it all, but you do notice an increase in acidity of the apple juice so make sure you buy the low-acid kind so its not too bad, and make sure you drink through a straw so it doesnt hurt your teeth. To make it quicker sometimes, I just use a shotglass - fill a half with ACV and the rest with apple juice. Hope that helps get rid of some peoples cons. Also, I use ACV directly on my skin as well. Like a 75% ACV, 25% water mixture - works wonders.

Pros:

-Definitely has reduced my breakouts, in number and severity
-I'm pretty sure it stabilizes my blood sugar
-Inexpensive
-Natural

Cons:

-Tastes like the end of the world

Apple Cider Vinegar got me from unwilling to go out in public (from bad cystic acne at 23) to having a life. But I am not cured. I take a shot in the morning (chase it with lots of water) IMMEDIATELY before brushing my teeth in the morning and at night.

Pros:

Inexpensive, works quickly, helps general health

Cons:

Tastes horrible

I noticed a difference in my skin the day after I started drinking ACV. Before I started, my skin was dry and very sensitive, but the ACV dried up my oily skin and acne from the inside out. I've only been using it for five days, but I've had my severe acne get much better. I hope the results continue to make my acne get better and better. I take one tablespoon with each meal. I dilute it in about a cup of water. It helps me to hold my nose while I drink it and (while still holding my nose) wash it down with a lot of water. If you're suffering, give it a try. It's cheap, and it worked for me.

Pros:

Yes, it does actually clear your acne.
Brighter complexion, overall.
Lost two pounds.
Fixed my digestion problem.
Hair growing faster..
Cheap, and is a good cure for all sorts of ailments
-As a topical, is quickly healing my hyper pigmentation-

Cons:

Smell, taste, and the huge amount you must drink to get results. Most people drink "a few teaspoons" per day, but that is not nearly enough.

I recommend buying some all-natural Apple Cider Vinegar tablets (at most health food, or body building/exercise supplement shops). They're far, far more convenient. I am using Kal brand apple cider vinegar tablets at 35% acidity. I take three/day, one with each meal.

Pros:

healthy, makes an alkaline environment in your gut, can help skin, among other things

Cons:

taste and smell

I've noticed a lot of people who complain of ineffectiveness are drinking this stuff with juice. ACV works to create an alkaline environment in your gut and kills Candida, which may be a huge contributing factor to acne as toxins are being released through your skin. Drinking it with juice causes blood sugar spikes and feeds acne causing yeasts in your gut, canceling out the benefits. Drink it with WATER and drink it throughout the day for maximum effectiveness. Dilute whatever amount is to your tolerance and needs. I use 6 tsps or 2 tbs. and sip throughout the day. I don't think it's the miracle people claim, but it has given me a nice glow and combined with a no sugar, no dairy, no gluten and no yeast, it has contributed to killing my candida and keeping me clear.

Pros:

It's cheap, makes my skin softer than I thought possible, is slowly but efficiently reducing acne.

Cons:

nasty, to smell and taste. I want to gag just looking at the bottle.

I have been using this for four days now. I drink a small gulp down in the morning before I eat, as to avoid puking. I really can't get over the taste, and I've tried all sorts of drink concoctions, but I figure a small amount in a short time will be tolerable. I also use it as a toner, at night, because people have noticed the smell when I use it in the morning. hehh... It made my acne REALLY BAD by the second day, which I think was because it was drawing the impurities forth. My face was really red, my "problem areas" were splotchy and gross. I had trust, though, so I kept going. Day three, my face was super soft (still is) and my acne was still worse than before I used ACV, but the redness became concentrated just to the whiteheads. I noticed my pores were shrinking, and I don't have any bumpy areas on my face anymore. So no new pimples, just really bad old ones. Day four, No redness anywhere, except one agitated pimple. My face has a small shine to it, which I think can be considered a 'glow'. Everything is clearing up, and my skin is so smooth. I guess everything gets worse before it gets better. I'll post another update soon, to show how this continues. :)

Pros:

It works, to a point. For the first two weeks or so after I started drinking this stuff twice a day I really did stop getting break outs. Problem is just when all of my old ones were finally clearing up...new acne appeared and refuses to go away.

Cons:

It smells REALLY bad, and I could barely get it down the first time I tried it in water. I ended up mixing it in various juices to drown out the taste, which works fairly well.

I say try it, even if it doesn't clear everything up for you it's supposed to be quite beneficial to your overall health, and it IS clearing up old redness for me, even if it's failing to prevent new breakouts entirely.
